Military and Air Force officers were assembled in that big wide field.
They were staying while holding their heads high, showing their pride and determination.
General Dae-jung had already arrived and was waiting for others in the field
"Did I take so long to arrive?" General Dae-jung asked as soon as he saw General Baek Hyeon
"Punctual as always." General Baek Hyeon replied with a firm nod and turned to the assembled soldiers
"As you all knows we are gathered here today for an emergency mission. You all know what's the current situation is in Busan, and there must be survivors left, hoping to be saved. We can't let them die. We can't waste much time either. So I'll group you all up into teams consisting of 5 military officials and 5 Air Force officials in each team, and I'll assign a leader for each team. The members have to report to their respective leaders and follow their orders. And rescue people who are not infected and take them to field number 3. There will be helicopters waiting to take them to another safe district. And importantly, make sure to check for bite marks before rescuing. Am I clear?" General Baek Hyeon asked
"Yes, sir!" They all replied together, dutifully
General Baek Hyeon looked at them before leaving a heavy sigh and said
"I know you all have families waiting for your return, so make sure to survive." He said while looking at them
"You all can take your moment to call your family before we start the mission. Make it quick, please." He ended his speech and gone inside the tent
The soldiers dismissed the assembly and went to get ready for the mission.
[ After a few minutes ]
Everyone again assembled in the field. This time with complete preparation. Weapons and shields are secured, waiting to be separated into teams to start the mission
General Baek Hyeon took out the prepared list and started calling the names of team members in each team and their assigned leader.
"And that's all for the team D. And as your leader.." he looked at the team members and turned to Mr Hwan
"Where is Mr Kim?" General Baek Hyeon asked
"He was assigned for the tasks of helicopters?" Mr Hwan replied in confusion
"No, I need him here. I'm planning to assign him as the team leader for this team." General Baek Hyeon said firmly
"I'm here, sir." Someone said from everyone's attention
"Mr Kim.." General Baek Hyeon turned to that person
