📖
Three days after the party, Ranveer sat in his office, still captivated by the memory of the euphoric ball dance. The thought of the unknown woman he had danced with lingered, but even more persistent was his obsession with finding Sanjh, someone he hadn't seen in years. He couldn't shake off the need to see her again.
His office, a blend of modern elegance and masculine sophistication with sleek furniture and dark wood accents, was bathed in the soft light filtering through the large windows. Today, however, Ranveer's thoughts were far from the stunning view outside.
His friend Shivaay entered the office, immediately sensing Ranveer's distraction. "Ranveer, you seem miles away. What's on your mind?" he asked, taking a seat across from him.
Ranveer sighed, running a hand through his hair. "It's Sanjh," he admitted. "I can't stop thinking about her. I've been trying to find her."
Shivaay nodded, understanding his friend's dilemma. "Don't worry, Ranveer. We'll find her. Any leads so far?"
Ranveer frowned, frustration evident on his face. "None. I've had my men look into it, but there's nothing concrete. She's like a ghost."
Shivaay leaned forward, his expression serious. "Don't worry, Ranveer. We'll figure it out. In the meantime, you need to focus on the business at hand. The mafia work isn't going to wait for your love story to unfold."
Ranveer sighed again, reluctantly nodding. "I know. It's just... difficult to concentrate when my mind keeps drifting back to her."
Shivaay offered a reassuring smile. "We'll get through this. For now, let's tackle the tasks at hand. One step at a time."
Ranveer tried to push the thoughts of Sanjh aside, immersing himself in his work. But the memory of Sanjh and his past keeps coming in front of him.
Flasback:
It was Sunday, and Sanjh was sitting in her room and studying. After the college boy's incident, it's been months that Ranveer was nowhere to be seen anywhere. She was delighted, that her life will be smooth running without any stupid interference of anyone or Specifically Ranveer.

Sanjh heard a soft knock on her door to the room. She quickly got up from her place and opened the door. Her mother was standing in dressed uniform and she had a Soup pot in her hands. Sanjh quickly made some space for her mother to enter inside.
"Maa, you have work today?", Sanjh asked as she saw her mother looking at her. Sanjh's mother sighed and said, "Sanu, I have to do some errands in the nearby market. And this soup pot, can you hand it to Shalu Maasi in the mansion. actually she has little fever, this soup will help her to get better. I'm going, you go before noon. Bye, Take care.", explaining the work Sanjh's mother made her way outside.
Sanjh heaved a sight, but got up on her feet. She lives with her mother in the outhouse of the mansion, where her mother works as maid. Sanjh has never entered the mansion before, but she wanted to help her mother.
She quickly took her home keys, and walked towards the mansion. She saw the lush green garden bloomed with different varieties of flowers. She entered from the backside of the kitchen, her mother has already informed that Maid and workers in the mansion aren't allowed to enter from the front gate. Sanjh, saw the kitchen empty.
"Ohh..No. Shalu Masi is not here. Where she could be right now. Maybe she is doing work in some of the rooms. I should search for her.", Sanjh said and placed the soup bowl on the kitchen platform. She started her search in the hall rooms, but she was nowhere. Sanjh asceneded the stairs and took a left. She entered the room, which came first in her sight.
