It all started when we see an 28 Year Old Woman with White Hair and Violet Eyes whilst Wearing a White Grown Named Rhaenyra Targaryen who's Currently in Labour with the Midwives who were Wearing Red Dresses and White Headdresses Assisting her in giving Birth to her 4th Child

And as Rhaenyra was Breathing Heavily and Groaning the Older Midwife said to Rhaenyra as she as was Helping her "Keep breathing" but while Rhaenyra Began to Breathing Rapidly the Older Midwife said to Rhaenyra as she was Behind her "and Push" and as Rhaenyra Began to Push whilst she was Groaning the Older Midwife said to Rhaenyra "and again"
But then Rhaenyra said to the Older Midwife "I c...I can't" then the Older Midwife said to the Princess as she Ordered her "Push" but as Rhaenyra Resumed to Push which her Groan once again an Younger Midwife said as she saw the Head of the Baby "the Head"
And with 1 Last Push we now see Rhaenyra Successfully Delivering her 4th Child which was an Healthy Baby Boy but as the Younger Midwife chuckling with Joy the Older Midwife said to Rhaenyra "a Boy Princess" and then the Younger Midwife said "Praise the Mother"
But as the Baby Began to Cry whilst Rhaenyra was Chuckling we see the Younger Midwife Carefully Handling over the Crying Newborn to the New Mother then Rhaenyra said to the Younger Midwife as she Asked her "Healthy" but then the Younger Midwife said "Kicking like a Goat Princess"
And while Rhaenyra was Holding her Newborn Baby whilst Breathing Heavily we Suddenly Heard the Door Opening where a Woman with Long Brown Hair and Eyes whilst Wearing an Red Dress and White Headdress Named Elinda Entering the Room

Then Elinda said to Rhaenyra "Princess the Queen has Requested that the Child be brought to her immediately" and then Rhaenyra said to Elinda in Confusion "why" but before Elinda could Answer Rhaenyra said as she Began to get up whilst Groaning "I'll take him myself" and then the Older Midwife said "you should Remain Abed Princess..." but then Rhaenyra said as she Interrupted the Older Midwife whilst she asked the Younger Midwife "yes I should Help me Dress"
