The hallway outside the operating room buzzes with a renewed sense of urgency. Hours of frantic searching have finally paid off. A donor with the necessary O-negative blood type has been found and is being prepped for a transfusion. The arrival of the donor brings a glimmer of hope to everyone gathered.

Uraraka: (Relieved) "They found a match! They're bringing the donor in now."

Aizawa: (Nods) "Good work, everyone. Let's keep pushing."

Bakugo: (Impatient but hopeful) "Get that blood to them. No more delays."

The donor is swiftly escorted to the blood bank, where the vital transfusion is prepared. Every minute counts as the blood is transported to the operating room, the team's efforts focused on ensuring the life-saving resource reaches its destination in time.

The Surgery

Inside the operating room, the atmosphere is intense. The surgical team prepares for the complex procedure, their movements precise and calculated.

Dr. Yamada: (Focused) "We're beginning the surgery now. We need to remove the bullets and stabilize him."

The hours tick by slowly, each moment a battle against the clock. The team works with expert precision, removing the bullets lodged in critical areas-his neck, lung, and heart. The surgery lasts six grueling hours, filled with moments of tense silence and urgent commands.

ICU Transition

After the surgery, the team works to stabilize me and prepare for the next phase of recovery. I'm carefully moved to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where the environment is sterile and closely monitored.

Nurse: (To the waiting friends) "He's been moved to the ICU. We've done everything we can. Now he needs time to heal."

Uraraka: (Worried) "Can we see him?"

Nurse: (Shaking her head) "I'm sorry, but no one can enter the ICU right now. He needs complete rest and isolation to prevent any risk of infection."

The Cat's Vigil

The cat, having been kept in the hallway, watches the door to the ICU with unwavering attention. Its anxiety is palpable, its eyes fixed on the sterile environment behind the closed door.

Todoroki: (Gently speaking to the cat) "I know you're worried. We all are."

Kirishima: (Petting the cat gently) "We've done everything we can. He's strong. He'll pull through."

Bakugo: (Frustrated) "Dammit! I want to see him. How can they keep us out like this?"

Aizawa: (Calmly) "It's for his safety. We need to respect the protocols. It's tough, but we need to trust in the medical team."

The cat remains restless, its usual calm demeanor replaced with a frantic energy. It paces back and forth, occasionally letting out a soft meow, as if calling for me.

The Waiting Game

The hours in the waiting room stretch on, each minute feeling like an eternity. The class members sit in a subdued silence, their earlier optimism tempered by the reality of the situation.

Uraraka: (Sighing) "We just have to wait. It's all we can do right now."

Todoroki: (Nodding) "We'll be here for him. We've made it this far."

Momo: (Softly) "He's a fighter. He's come through so much already."

All Might: (Encouragingly) "We've faced challenges before. This is just another one we'll get through together."

The ICU Monitoring

Inside the ICU, the monitoring equipment hums with a constant, rhythmic sound. The medical team keeps a vigilant watch over me, the vital signs displayed on the screens providing a snapshot of my condition. The once erratic beeping has settled into a more stable rhythm, but the situation remains precarious.

Dr. Yamada: (To the team) "He's stable for now, but we need to monitor him closely. Any sign of infection or complication could be fatal."

Nurse: (Adjusting the IV drip) "We've administered antibiotics and continue to monitor for any adverse reactions. His recovery will be slow, but we're taking every precaution."

The sterile environment of the ICU is a world apart from the chaos and worry of the waiting room. Here, every beep of the monitor, every adjustment of the IV drip, is a testament to the delicate balance between life and death.

The Unseen Battle

Outside, the friends and the cat wait, their collective hope a silent prayer for my recovery. The cat's restlessness is a reflection of the tension felt by everyone. The hours stretch on, each one filled with the weight of uncertainty.

Will I survive this critical phase? Will the efforts of my friends, the skills of the medical team, and the unwavering vigilance of my feline guardian be enough to pull me back from the brink?

The answers lie in the strength of the connections that bind us, and the unwavering determination to fight for a life that's hanging by a thread.
