"Yams that is not funny!" Kageyama yelled out when Yamaguchi had snuck up on him and scared him, Yamaguchi just laughed.
"It was funny to me, you are so scary." Yamaguchi said between his laugh and Kageyama mugged him before his eyes locked with Tsukishima and then Hoshiumi.
"Hey Kageyama, nice to meet you again." Hoshiumi waved and Kageyama nodded his head.
"You guys are so awkward" Yamaguchi spoke after it went completely silent for a few seconds.
"Where were you guys headed?" Kageyama asked and Yamaguchi looked at Hoshiumi before he looked back at Kageyama.
"We are going to the library, do you want to come?"
"Yeah i'll come." Kageyama stated and Yamaguchi hummed.
Kageyama walked behind them and he got a clear view of Hoshiumi and Yamaguchi talking, Kageyama examined Hoshiumi longer than he should have.
"Stop being creepy, staring at him like that." Kageyama jumped and he looked at Tsukishima who was now beside him.
"When.. When did you get right there."
"If you weren't so preoccupied, you would have noticed me." Tsukishima looked ahead and Kageyama stared at Tsukishima before he rolled his eyes.
"Where is your study buddy? Shouldn't you be with her right now." Kageyama brought up just be petty.
"Akio? She's meeting us there."
"Akio? First name bases, huh?" Kageyama frowned and Tsukishima hummed.
"Why wouldn't we be on first name bases? We are study buddies after all."
"Tha-" "I'm going to find that book I was looking for online." Yamaguchi said and Kageyama realized they were in the library already.
Tsukishima hummed and he went to one of the tables by the window, Kageyama followed him along with Hoshiumi.
Kageyama looked around and furrowed his eyebrows in confusion, shouldn't she be here?
"Are you and Yams close?" Hoshiumi asked Kageyama and Kageyama looked at Hoshiumi, he didn't even know he was sitting beside him.
"You must really like him, yeah we are close."
"He likes someone else so I don't have a chance." Hoshiumi stated and Kageyama mouth shaped an 'O'.
"There is plenty of fish in the sea so i'm sure you'll find someone that likes you back." Kageyama assured and Hoshiumi smiled.
"I'm sure you've been in a lot of relationships."
"Relationships? Nope, I'm not good at those" Kageyama mumbled and Hoshiumi narrowed his eyes.
"Really? But you are really attractive."
"Thank you, Hoshiumi. If you want my advice, I say just don't give up on Yams, if he isn't dating that person then you aren't wrecking a happy home." Kageyama grinned and Hoshiumi nodded his head.
"You are right, thank you Kageyama."
Kageyama didn't have time to say you're welcome because Hoshiumi was already gone.
"You really are stupid" Tsukishima said and Kageyama frowned.
"What are you talking about?"
"The person Yams likes is your best friend and he likes Yams back."
"Huh? Shut up, Tsukishima and where is your study buddy at?"
Tsukishima just smirked and put his headphones in his ear, Kageyama frowned and he scoffed.
"I'm going to the vending machine.." Kageyama muttered and he got up, he walked out the library and to the vending machine.
Kageyama got his card out and put it in the vending machine, he pressed the letters and numbers to the snack he wanted and pressed the check mark button.
Kageyama got his card when the snack fell down, he put his card back up and he got his snack from the vending machine.
Kageyama turned around and stopped when Emiko was standing right in front of him.
"Trust me, I don't wanna talk to you right now either but I just got to know if you and Kei are still dating, you know so I can date him." Emiko smirked and Kageyama looked at the snack in his hand and back at her.
"Sorry to disappoint you but we are still together, why else would I be at the library and sitting with him." Kageyama tilted his head and he smiled.
Kageyama patted her shoulder and walked past her, his smile dropped once he walked back inside the library.
He turned his head to see her watching in disbelief, Kageyama sighed and walked back to the table where Tsukishima was sitting at.
To give her a show, he sat down right beside Tsukishima and laid his head down on his shoulders.
"King, what the fuck." Tsukishima stated and Kageyama lifted his head a little.
"Shhh"
"What are you doing?"
"I'm putting on a show " Kageyama mumbled and he laid back down on Tsukishima's shoulder.
Tsukishima was confused before he noticed Emiko watching, he looked at Kageyama and chuckled.
"You really are something."
