" Nicki, baby come here," I called out, holding her phone in my hand. I heard her feet pattering on the hardwood floor before she stood in the doorway with her new puppy following behind. I rolled my eyes at it.
" come here, let's talk," I said, patting the couch. She skipped over to me and jumped into my lap, immediately grabbing a strand of my hair to play with. I smiled softly, " look what I have," I said, holding her phone out in view. She gasped excitedly, " new app?" she asked
I nodded, " wanna see?" I asked. She nodded and took it, smiling into her phone, so it would open, " you know you don't have to smile, right?" I asked, " but I like to," she said, hushing me. I laughed, " my bad,"
"I got TikTok!" she squealed, " can I call mama and tell her?" she asked, looking at me with pleading eyes, " I told you that you can call her whenever you want to, baby girl," I said, and she smiled kissing my cheek, she got up and jumped into my bed
I walked out so that they could have their privacy. She got messages, facetime, and the call setting back two months ago, and she calls me every day even when she's just in the next room. She loves facetime because she gets to stare at herself.
I heard the dog's collar jingling behind me. I stopped in my tracks and turned to look at the small french bulldog. He layed down and put his head on his paws, staring up at me, " go back in there with your mother," I told him, but he just wagged his tiny tail and stared at me, " listen nigga I don't like you," I said, and he barked standing up beginning to jump around

Along with all of that, they came home with this puppy. When I say, I was pissed! I didn't want that dog in my house at all, but Nika made me feel bad, so I said it could stay as long as she helped feed it and take it to the bathroom outside. I wasn't picking up any piss or shit. Nika named him waffles, but I thought it was ugly, so we came up with Dior instead. She still calls him waffles, though, and he responds to it. I refuse to call him that goofy ole name
" back up!" I said to him, pointing my finger, " imma kick you if you jump up on me again,"
" that's dog abuse," kaash said, and I soon felt something hit the back of my head. " imma beat your ass!" I said, turning and chasing her
she sprinted in the opposite direction, and I chased her, " STOP BEING A PUSSY!"
" STOP, GISELLE!" she yelled laughing, I cornered her in the kitchen, and she jumped on the counter, ain't no way. I picked up the barstool and threw it at her knocking her off the counter
