Chapter 4

This Chapter was written from Kita's PoV

The sun was just above the many trees in the park, shining down on the group of boys who were jogging through it at 10:20am. However, two boys of the group were running way too fast for the rest of the group, they were competing on who was at the finish line faster. Their captain was watching everyone from the back, being the one to jog behind everyone. He could already see the two almost identical Boys run off as he let out a long sigh.

That's when the Number 4 of the team, Aran Ojiro, fell back to jog at a slow pace next to the Captain and Number 1, Shinsuke Kita.

"We're not gonna see them again for another half an hour so we might as well just let them be. Wherever they might end up." Aran said as he was looking at the twins of the team run off.

Kita knew that he was right, the twins always ran off to god knows where and came back usually half an hour later completely out of breath.

"You're right. But that won't stop me from scolding them later. I've told them before to stay close to the team on outside runs -" Kita took a deep breath "- But they just won't listen.." Aran let out a soft chuckle at that, he knew exactly what pain Kita was going through right now, after all Aran knew the two boys from way back when they were just kids.

Just then Kita could hear the tired voice from their Number 10, Rintarō Suna, who was now jogging at the back with them. "Should I run after them Kita-san?" Kita only shook his head in a low chuckle. If there was one person who could keep up with the twins then it had to be Suna, for some odd reason.

Kita was right, about half an hour later the twins arrived at the gym completely out of breath. While the rest of the team was practicing their receives, Kita was standing on the sidelines watching them when he slowly turned to look at the twins.

"Great to have you two back so soon. So, where have you been?"

Osamu pushed his brother forward, demanding him to explain everything. Atsumu looked at his brother for a second before turning his gaze back to Kita.

"We were just jogging when I saw an orange haired boy playing with a volleyball so I went to talk to him. Then I got kinda held up there until Samu got me." Atsumu explained in a frantic voice, he may have gotten a bit too caught up when talking to the boy.

Kita let out a sigh. "Well as long as you didn't hurt anyone then it's fine I guess. But don't run off again -" Kita looked at the two of them with a serious expression "- I will have you two watch from the sidelines during our next training match."

The twins looked at Kita with a semi scared expression. They know that Kita isn't playing around this time.

Kita let out another sigh as he closed his eyes for a second before opening them again. "Now go train your receives." Atsumu and Osamu quickly answered with a yes, Kita-san. and in a matter of seconds they were already training their receives.

It was an hour into their training when a teacher opened the doors to the gym. Kita immediately went to him asking if he needed anything.

"Shinsuke Kita and Rintarō Suna, you two are to report to the principal regarding a new student."

Suna walked over to Kita as soon as he heard his name fall from the teacher's lips.

Kita knocked on the door to the principal's office, Suna was right behind him looking tired as usual. After just a few seconds they got the persimmon to enter, which they did.

The two of them sat down on two chairs across from the principal.

"I apologize for summoning you two here on such short notice during your practice day. However I need you two to introduce the school to our new first year student next week Monday. Kita I want you to show him around and if he has any questions I assume you'll be there to answer them. Suna since you are one of the best in your year I want you to help him out regarding any school assignments." The principal paused for a second before he continued. "He's from Miyagi which is why he is a little behind on school assignments. I assume you can handle explaining whatever he's struggling with, Suna?" Suna nodded, he could handle tutoring the new kid. However Kita still had some questions. "If I may ask Sir, what's the name of the new student?"
