Shanaya 's pov:

Class is about to start but Kevin and theo are still in medical room what is taking them so long
Today also began like other days I hope this year would not be like last year due to Kevin and Nick 's fights we all got punishments several times. Named after devil and the devil is present along with my prince charming theo
Huh god why this boy is so blind that he can't see through my feelings if I have loved a rock instead of him even he would have developed feelings for me but here he is mr Theodore standing with his bestest friend Kevin and solving his life problems " down to earth Shanaya" Kevin said waving his hand infront of me " oh , huh you don't talk to me mr I am not in mood of lecturing to you again" I said slapping his hand lightly " ahh come on Shanaya I said na I am sorry and it was not me who started this time you can even ask theo" I looked at theo " don't behave like you were victim if you could handle ur self better it would not have happened" theo said slapping back of Kevin ' s head " hey u are abusing me " Kevin said putting his puppy face " oh shut up you both" I said bringing their attention to me " it was ur fault too theo you should have put an eye on him when you knew he could get out of hand" I said to theo " hey I am not some puppy" Kevin said giving puppy eyes proving me right " I know I should have done that I am sorry shy " oh god again that nick name along with those doe eyes oh god I wanna die right now " I promise I will prevent such a thing from happening again" he said bringing his face closer to mine . He slightly titled his head " may I have an honour of getting ur forgiveness miss shanaya kapoor" I know that I should not let this effect me but I can't control my poor heart " fine but only this time" I said showing some attitude" sure " he said getting back to his normal distance " why are you smiling?" Theo asked looking at Kevin " nothing just you two look really good together" Kevin said making me blush and theo laugh he always say such a thing and we would just laugh it off but deep down even Kevin knows that I want it to happen so bad .

Amantha 's pov :
Thank god that boy didn't get to emotional or something I am not that good with words as I am not used to talking that much . Being home schooled is a big disadvantage for someone who wants to have a good social life
It's not like I want a lot of friends I am ok even if I don't have any friend my only motive to come here was to leave my home.
I am standing infront my class room 'class 9 mars ' I still don't understand why would someone name classes over planets it just so weird even if I don't know how normal class names are I know it is never inspired from planets of solar system
" Are you ready to go inside" Marshall said looking at me with hope and joy in his eyes gosh why is he so happy his smile is too bright. Will other students will also be like him " ah- yeah" I said not understanding what I should be ready for ," I don't want to scare you but let me tell you this class is not normal " he said getting serious look" huh are they mentally not ok ? " I said thinking how it could be possible" huh ahh well you can say that but that's not what I mean " he said " if you are allowed to tell then tell or I should get going " I said putting my hand in door handle" wait actually you are first ever new student for class mars in 6 years and everyone in class knows eachother very well so they might end up giving all their attention to you so be ready for it " he said giving me thumbs up tbh he actually gave me really important information since I don't like to talk much I need to prepare myself to avoid alot of people" ok if you are ready then let's go ammy " he said getting inside already" it' s amantha " he didn't gave any response but I know he heard it
When I entered the class it was like I have entered a whole different planet and everyone was staring at me like I am some weird creature . I just want to disappear already

Kevin 's pov :
When there were about 5 minutes left for class to start Marshall took entry with a girl
She might be the student mr kim told us about they said she will be joining in a week . " Hey are you the new girl who is home schooled ?" Glerry one of my classmate asked going towards the new bee . Bet she is planning to get her into her cheerleader gang for basketball team but this new girl doesn't look like someone who would like to sing and dance wearing short skirt with pom pom in her hands she looks more like someone who would beat guys in their own game. I am not judging her it's just the vibe I am a football player so I can sense other athletes cause every sports person has same type of vibe
" Oh it's great to have a new student in class" shanaya said from 2nd desk. She is always happy to meet new people and be friends with them " what is ur name?" , " where are you from ?" , " why were you home schooled?" And here it goes my classmates being themselves but the new girl doesn't seem to shocked or interested Marshall would have already told her about what was coming next but seems like she doesn't wanna talk at all " guys , guys one question at one time" Marshall said protecting her from getting bombed with more questions
" Then first questions is why are you guys not on ur respective seets and why are you making this much noise" here comes one of head members of discipline committee but taylor is not like those strict heads he is quite cool person with calm attitude .
" We are just trying to get to know the newbie here " came out of mouth of the most irritating person in milky way galaxy , Nick cause I know he doesn't have any interest in making new friends he wants to have more cool people in his group.
" So what's your name?" Nick said making his way towards her
"She's am-" , " did I asked you?" Nick said scaring poor marsh in middle of sentence ." This is not how you talk to your classmates nick " taylor warned him before coming between him and marsh
" He should know to not answer when it doesn't concern him " I know marsh can be irritating sometimes but we all know he always has good intentions
" You could also say that politely but no , you can't hold your slippery tongue at all " I said when I had enough of his attitude why he has to be mean to everyone . Nick was going to say something when bell rang and class door opened
" Good morning students, I know you guys might have some business left to finish but leave it for break let's start the class now " said mr kim our homeroom teacher as everyone grabbed their seats and sat down wishing him good morning . When I looked to my right nick was giving me death glares like this would effect me , you have to do more than this to get me scared nick evans . I shifted my attention towards what were mr kim saying.

Theodore 's pov:

I knew my day would suck when that black cat crossed my way even though I am science student I am still quite superstitious and there is nothing wrong with that alot of scientists also believe in god  . No study can change our believes and the way I think
But it's not just a believe whenever that black cat cross
My way my whole day get's ruined just like today , first Kevin and nick fought, then we got yelled at by nurse for getting in fight even though it was just Kevin, then embarrassing moment infront of shanaya
The day haven't even started yet and everything seems to go wrong already " ok class as we have new student today I want all of you to welcome her and be friends with her" he said inviting the new girl to introduce herself who was standing in corner from who knows how long , we forgot about her cause nick and marsh became center of attention
" Introduce urself child" she came infront of the class and bowed" hello everyone I am Amantha black, ur new classmate I hope to get along with all of you " she said but didn't look like she meant it . The serious look on her face , her small eyes which are not showing any emotion at all and her over all personality looks quite mysterious , she looks like that one mysterious character in anime who has bad past and alot of unsaid secrets " that's great miss black I hope you have great time here , you can go and sit with shanaya as she doesn't have any seat partner yet , please take care of her Shanaya " he said before getting prepared to start the lecture. I could see how excited Shanaya was to make the new girl her friend but something about this new girl was off . What mr kim taught was just the basic and nothing new as the bell rang mr kim stopped teaching " I am not giving any work today you only have to revise what we did in class " he said taking his leave . There were 5 min before next class to start I am just waiting for break " where are you lost now ?" I heard Kevin's voice and looked in his direction " hmm " he was giving me are you serious look " what?" I asked " are you serious bro , I literally told you my whole autobiography and you are saying , ' what?' I can't believe this" he said giving the most dramatic reaction putting his hand on right side of chest      " heart is in left " he gave me are you serious look " that doesn't matter, you didn't listen me " sometimes it becomes really hard to put up with someone who behaves like kid but is known as playboy , well  
' playboy ' isn't right term he is more of a flirt but haven't played with anyone's heart, instead he has only dated once till now it was also two weeks relationship cause he couldn't get enough time from study and football to pay attention to relationship so as a result he hasn't dated anyone since then and about me I haven't dated anyone at all also
It's not like I don't have enough time for it but I haven't found anyone who understands me.  I don't want to waste my time and energy on a relationship that won't last longer . Talking about dating life actually most of students in my class also haven't started dating cause our school offer many other career relating courses also and we are allowed to be part of any department we want this is great for our future and all this is inside campus so , most of students don't get to go outside to make new friends or more. I am part of science tech department , Shanaya is in medicine her whole family is of doctors so she is following them ,
I  have told her many a times to listen to her heart and do what she wants but she says her only dream is to make her family happy and Kevin , his only dream is to be a great football player so he joined school's football team.
We have been part of this school since 1st grade till now . " Are you not going to make up with me ?" He asked lifting one eyebrow " what are you, my girlfriend" I said teasing him a little " eww , who would be girlfriend of such a boring person "
He said making face of disgust
" Someone very lucky" I said punching him a little " yeah , someone lucky named Shanaya" he said making my face flush red
" Kevin I will - " I was cut of by miss marry opening the door
" Come on class now be quite and let's start the lecture" she said putting some papers on lecture stand and started writing on board
" You will pay for this later" I muttered to him giving death glares he just laughed this off
