"Take them off". Crocodile demanded Robin and she wasted no time pulling out the key and quickly unlocking all four of Elara's sea prism stone cuffs.
As the sea prism stone released its grip on her strength and energy, Elara felt a surge of power. A smirk played on her lips as she flexed her fingers, the sound of her knuckles cracking filling the air. Her gaze once again met Straw Hat's very serious one, making her smile falter. Neither of them broke eye contact and continued to stare once more at each other.
Crocodile unintentionally interrupted the strange moment by obnoxiously laughing, "Hahahahahha, come on, you think you can defeat me?!" Crocodile said, making Luffy look away from the girl and go back to Crocodile. I need to focus. Luffy thought to himself; he wasn't sure what was up with that Shanks look-a-like girl, but he could tell she was important and powerful; he could feel it. But he would figure that out later. For now... he had to defeat Crocodile.
Focusing on Crocodile, Luffy took his hat off and raised his fists, ready to fight. "Sure, do, now that I figured out how to stop you from turning into sand."
"I'll admit I'm impressed you figured it out, especially since you were about to die," Crocodile said, now sitting on the floor with his arm propped on his knee, looking as confident as ever.
"But I hope you realize, something like that isn't nearly enough to make this an even fight." Crocodile smiled, "I am one of the seven war lords of the sea".
Luffy quickly barked back, "So what if you're one of the seven dumb warlords? I guess that makes me.." Crocodile's cocky smile faded. "THE EIGHTH WARLORD!!" Luffy exclaimed in complete seriousness.
He heard something and looked to the source of the noise. The red haired girl had both of her hands pressed over her mouth as she was trying to suppress her laughter. What was so funny? "Hahaha, hey, Straw hat!" She looked at him, then paused biting her lip to prevent from laughing. He tilted his head at her, wondering what she wanted. "Sorry, I mean... straw lord!" The girl said, making herself laugh even harder. Luffy pouted, not getting why it was funny.
Robin rolled her eyes but quietly huffed out a laugh at Ellie's unseriousness. Her laughing slowly calmed.
"Really? Who is that guy?" the king said, standing next to Robin and Elara in shock. He ignored Ellie's joke, making her laughing cease completely as she frowned at him. Robin giggled at the younger girl. She was so sensitive sometimes that it was hard not to laugh.
Robin moved her eyes forward with her arms crossed, focused on the two men in front of her. Elara thought she looked really cool—well, she always thought Robin looked really cool. Robin responded to the king, "He's a pirate. I'm surprised you haven't heard about him yet. He's helped your darling princess Vivi escape death a few times now."
Luffy didn't wait any longer to start the fight. "Gum Gum pistol!!" He said, launching a punch at Crocodile, who didn't even attempt to dodge it, as a huge glass wall formed between him and Straw Hat out of nowhere. What the hell was that? Luffy thought after his fist connected with it. The glass began to crack from where he punched it. Luffy glared at Crocodile from the other side of the glass.
"Well, I'd love to stay and chat, but I have some things that need to be taken care of. " Crocodile said, "WHAT? YOU CAN'T LEAVE. STAY AND FIGHT ME!!!" Luffy yelled at Crocodile, but he ignored it, saying, "Miss All Sunday, let's go." He began getting off the ground and dusting off his pants. Luffy huffed in annoyance as he prepared to launch another attack at Crocodile but had to stop when the red-haired girl walked in between the two of them. Her back faced Crocodile and the raven-haired girl who were on the other side of the glass.
