It was Saturday, and the sound of my alarm shattered the early morning silence. I groaned, checking the time. 6:00 AM. I contemplated staying in bed, but with Sun Hee visiting her sick parents, I decided to make the most of the weekend and catch up on studying for my upcoming tests and projects.
After a quick shower, I dried my hair and chose my outfit: a white crop top under a beige knitted cardigan hoodie, paired with a brown plaid skirt and white shoes. Satisfied with my look, I grabbed my bag and headed to the library.

The library was almost deserted, its usual bustle replaced by a tranquil stillness. I found a cozy corner and settled in, spreading out my books and notes. For the next two hours, I immersed myself in my studies, the quiet ambiance helping me focus.
When I finally checked my phone, it was 9:46 AM. A message from Sun Hee lit up the screen.

Me:
Thank you for checking on me. I'm okay. I just went to the library to study.
Now I'm going to a convenience store to grab something to eat

I gathered my things and left the library, heading to a nearby convenience store. The familiar ding of the doorbell greeted me as I entered, and the store clerk gave me a friendly nod. I nodded back and made my way to the ramen aisle. As I reached for my favorite Samyang Spicy Hot Chicken flavor, the doorbell rang again, and I heard familiar voices.
Turning slightly, I saw Niki, Jay, and Jungwoon entering the store. I quickly ducked behind a shelf, not wanting to interrupt their conversation or be noticed.
"How's your dance collaboration with Eun Ae?" Jungwoon asked, his voice carrying over.
I was shocked to hear my name and even more surprised when Niki responded, "It's fine. Eun Ae is great at the dance."
