Chapter 1

*you run down the streets of your neighbourhood while it's raining*
*you keep running until you stop because you can't breathe anymore*
*the rain drops fall on your face while tears are running down your face*
*Lando is driving around with his car and sees you on the sidewalk*
*you let all of your tears out*
*he drives past you but looks back in the mirror*
*you're struggling about going back or staying there*
*he turns around and drives back to you*
L: "you okay? Need a ride?"
*he says through the window*
*you look up in shock*
F: "oh... I'm okay, thank you"
L: "where do you live? I can give you a ride?"
*he smiles to you doesn't see you're crying because of the rain*
*you don't want to trust a stranger*
F: "I'll just walk, thank you.."
L: "okay, if you say so"
*he doesn't want to put pressure on you so he drives away*
*you look after him with a little smile*
*he comes back after an hour and sees you only a couple of meters away from the last point you met*
L: "still here?"
*you just look at him without saying anything*
L: " get in the car now"
*he smiles and leans over to open the passenger door*
L: "I won't kidnap you"
F: "but I'm soaking wet"
*you laugh a bit*
L: "the car probably will survive but you probably won't if you keep standing in the spring rain with just a shirt on"
*he winks*
*you hesitate before getting in the car*
F: "thank you"
*he takes of his hoodie and gives it to you*
L: "here so you can get warm... Where do you need to go?"
*you put on his hoodie and smile thankful*
*he looks at your eyes and sees you cried*
L: "you cried, right? Are you okay?"
*you can see how nice he is and that he's really worried about you*
F: "it's complicated, but thank you"
L: "let's get something to drink and you tell me"
*he smiles and you nod softly while he makes his way to a drive through*
*he hands you a milkshake after he ordered two for you*
F: "thank you, so kind"
*he stops at a parking lot*
L: "so you wanna tell me now? I mean look I didn't kidnap you"
*he grins*
*you laugh*
F: "but still you could"
L: "she's laughing!! We made it"
*he throws his hands in the air which makes you laugh even more*
*after you both stopped laughing, you look at him and sigh*
F: "i just had a fight with my boyfriend and i had to get out of there"
L: "oh I'm sorry.. I'm sure you'll be fine again"
*he takes a deep breath and doesn't know what to do now*
F: "yes.. sure somehow"
*you smile and stop as you see his green blue eyes staring at you*
*he just looks at you without saying anything*
*you get a bit uncomfortable because of the silence*
F: "but after that milkshake everything is perfect again"
*you smile to him*
*he also comes back to reality and starts the car*
L: "I'm really glad, you deserve to be happy"
F: "need another milkshake some time around"
*you smile as he starts driving back to the place you told him*
*he keeps looking over to you and you both catch yourself looking at each other which makes the situation a bit awkward*
F: "you can drop me off here"
*you point to the side and smile to him*
L: "here you go, are you sure you're gonna be okay?"
*he stops the car*
*you take his hoodie off and give it back to him*
F: "yes, thank you for everything it helped me a lot"
L: "anytime again"
*he winks*
*you look at him once more before opening the car door to get out*
*he sees something on your arm*
L: "stop"
*you stop and look at him smiling*
F: "everything okay?"
L: "is that a bruise?"
*he takes your arm to look at it as he sees the blue violet bruise right next to your elbow*
*you take your arm away and hesitate as your heart beats faster*
F: "eh.. well.. yes i bumped myself"
L: "you sure about this?"
*he looks really worried because he can see that you didn't hurt yourself"
*you put on a smile*
F: "well, I'll see you... thanks again, bye"
*you shut the doors and run away*
*after he couldn't see you anymore he drove back home*
L: Max you won't believe what happened to me tonight"
M: "well I'm sure you're going to tell me now"
*he laughs and closes the fridge after he took out some snacks*
*he follows Max into the living room*
L: "I met this girl she was-"
M: "ohhh now I'm invested"
*he jumps on the couch and grins*
L: Max please be serious"
*he sighs and sits next to him on the couch*
M: "yes yes sorry, go ahead... but is she hot?"
*he can't help and being noisy"
L: "Max!"
*he looks at him in shock and shakes his head*
M: "sorry sorry, I'm quiet"
*he looks down and eats his snacks*
*he tells him everything*
L: "I have a bad feeling in this.. she cried standing in the rain and had bruises.. and no this didn't look like she bumped herself"
M: "well then go and ask her again, help her if you think she's in danger"
*he smiles*
L: "I don't know where she lives I dropped her away off but she ran away after I asked her about the bruise on her arm"
*he is really desperate and doesn't know what to do*
M: "well let's see if we can find her on instagram, what's her name?"
*he takes out his phone*
L: "oh..."
*he puts his hand on his forehead*
L: "I didn't even ask for her name.."
*he starts to laugh*
M: "mate, what's wrong with you? Did she mess up your head so badly already?"
*he breaths out and puts his head in his hands*
L: "I have no idea max, she was- I don't know and her eyes.. man they were just wow"
M: "okay stop, what the hell did she do to you?"
*he puts his hand on his shoulder and still laughs*
L: "I hope she's okay"
*he has a bad feeling*
M: "well we could go back in the next days and see if we can find her so you can ask if she's really okay?"
*he nods*
L: "yea let's go tomorrow morning.. maybe when she heads to work?"
*Lando and Max drive around the neighbourhood where Lando met you in the next couple of days but couldn't find you again*
M: "im sure she's okay, don't worry about her again.. maybe you'll see her again someday"
*he smiles to Lando*
