Chapter 7

- one week later -
*you walk into the paddock holding hands with Alexander*
F: "hello"
*you smile as some members of the McLaren team are welcoming you*
A: "I have some stuff to do, go and walk around"
*he leaves*
*you sigh but you go look for Lando*
L: "you're looking for someone?"
*you turn around with a big smile*
F: "you're scaring me like this huh?"
L: "maybe"
*he grins and looks at you for a while*
F: "i couldn't stop thinking about you lan"
L: "I know exactly what you mean"
*he laughs and gives you a kiss on your cheek*
L: "I was worried about you flav, you didn't reply to my texts"
*you texted Lando a couple of times last week until you suddenly stopped*
F: "I had a lot of things going on, I'm sorry"
L: "why don't I believe you?"
*you try to change the topic and point to a direction*
F: "how about you introduce me to the other drivers who are all staring at us?"
*he turns red as he sees them and stutters*
L: "eh, i, about that.."
*he gets nervous but he sees how your grins gets bigger*
L: "okay let's go"
*you laugh and start teasing him again*
F: "so it's not only Max you tell how pretty i am huh?"
*he looks at you in shock and gasps*
L: "FLAV!!"
*you laugh holding your stomach because it hurts from laughing*
F: "I'm sorry but I couldn't not say that"
L: "I see you're a very cheeky one and will never leave me alone with that again"
*he also laughs*
F: "no never"
*you stop laughing as you are with the other drivers*
F: "hi im Flavy"
L: "so you met Carlos already, and that's his teammate Charles, George who drivers for Mercedes and Alex for Williams"
A: "it's so nice to meet you, we've heard a lot about you.."
*he grins*
*you turn to Lando*
F: "told you"
*he covers his face with his hands and gets more and more embarrassed*
*you see Landos reaction and smile*
F: "I see Lando is talking a lot about me, cute"
*he takes your hand and jokes*
L: "we better get going again before it's gets more embarrassing"
*you look at his hand because every time he touches you, you get this warm feeling*
F: "no no, this is getting interesting now"
*you grin and try to forget this feeling*
*he lets go of your hand and you stand together talking for a while*
*Alexander walks over to you*
A: "Flavy, why are you here and why are
You not answering your phone?"
*you look at him*
F: "you told me to go and do something"
A: "so? You don't have to meet all the other drivers"
*he grabs your arm and pulls you away*
*you mouth lando sorry en stumble behind Alexander*
F: "ouch Alexander you're hurting me"
*you try to get out of his grin but he just squeezes it harder*
A: "thats her boyfriend?"
*he is shocked about what just happened*
*he nods slowly and looks after you worried*
L: "yep.."
G: "okay, she really needs to leave this man.. that's even worse than you said"
L: "I know but she says she can't leave him, they have a difficult history"
*he shrugs with his shoulders*
A: "no matter what he did, no girl should get treated like this.. did you try anything already?"
G: "I agree, if she can't do it on her own.. we need to help her out of this"
*he looks to you fighting with Alexander but can't hear you*
F: "can you please stop acting like I'm a child?"
A: "then stop acting like a child"
*he lets you go*
A: "I needed you in there and i couldn't reach you, do you know how embarrassing that is, not to know were you're girlfriend is?"
F: "I'm sorry i didn't know you needed me, did it work anyways?"
A: "lucky you, yes it did"
*he walks away and lets you alone again*
C: "Lando are you still with us?we wanna help Flavy?"
*he tries to get his attention*
*he looks at the boys*
L: "I kissed her"
G: "okay woah stop.. what did you do Lando?"
*he sighs*
L: "I kissed her last week at the headquarter"
C: "she's the girlfriend of your sponsor"
L: "she also slept at my house the other day"
A: "okay can you start over again?"
*he looks confused*
*he tells them everything except the story about your brother*
L: "she also feels something, she liked the kiss as well"
CH: "she's really that scared of him? What's their history? Do you know it?"
L: "yes she told me, but I can't tell you.. she told me the only person she trusts is me, it's pretty bad and im also very happy that Alexander what's there for her but that doesn't mean he can treat her like this"
G: "do you know her family or friends? Can we reach out to someone?"
*they try to think about a plan*
L: "to be honest, I only met the friends group in the club but they all know he cheats on her so I don't think they are real friends"
CH: "couldn't we introduce her to Lily, Carmen and Isa? Aren't they all here?"
*he looks to the boys*
G: "that's a perfect idea! Girls talks are always better than with a boy who she falls in love with"
*he looks to Lando telling him how dangerous this game is right now*
L: "I'm sorry George"
*he sighs and is really nervous*
*he puts his hand in his shoulder*
A: "we will help her, let me talk to Lily"
C: "I'll talk to Isa, but mate please stay back this man looks really dangerous"
*later at the day you wait in front of McLaren for Alexander to be ready to go back to the hotel*
*Lily, Isa and Carmen know everything and are on a mission now*
Li: "hi, we've never seen you here before.. are you a new wag?"
F: "wag?"
*you laugh confused*
I: "wives and girlfriends, that's what the fan call us.. i'm Isa the girlfriend of Carlos"
*she smiles and hugs you*
Li: "and i'm Lily the girlfriend of Alex"
*she also hugs you*
Ca: I'm Carmen, George's girlfriend.. nice to
Meet you"
*she also hugs you*
F: "I met your boys earlier today.. very nice"
*you smile*
F: "I'm Flavy but I don't belong to any driver"
I: "no? I thought you were Landos girlfriend?"
Li: "its the orange blazer"
F: "oh, eh, yes I'm the girlfriend of the new McLaren sponsor so that's why I thought wearing orange would fit good today"
Ca: "looks perfect on you"
F: "aww thank you so much"
*you look at your phone in case Alexander calls her again*
Li: "we wanna go out tonight to the hotel bar, you wanna join us?"
I: "actually you just have to, this will be so fun.. we're very fun"
*she grins to the girls and they nod laughing*
*he comes out of McLaren and kissen you*
A: "hello baby.. oh who are you?"
*he looks to the girls*
F: "I just met them.. I will go with them to the hotel bar, we don't have any plans tonight right?"
*you give him a little smile and hope he doesn't overreact*
*he sighs*
A: "Flavy.."
*you whisper in his ear*
F: "just a few hours and when I'll get back you're getting everything you want"
*he grins and kisses you*
A: "can't wait"
*you turn to the girls*
F: "I'm in"
Li: "meet us at 7"
*she hugs you and you make your way to the hotel*
I: "I was a little afraid you wouldn't come"
*she hugs you as you enter*
F: "aw, no of course i was so happy for the invitation, thank you"
*you smile and sit down*
Li: "well your boy looked a bit pissed about that"
*she raises an eyebrow*
*you order some drinks*
F: "well yea.. he was because we're here together and it's a bit bored for him to be alone in the room now"
Ca: "but you still have your own life"
*she squeezes your knee*
F: "eh yes sure"
*you put on a smile and get to know the girls better*
Li: "how did you and Alexander meet? How long have you been together?"
F: "more than 4 years, and I met him in a bar when I was studying in London"
*you smile not telling them everything*
I: "aw that's so cute"
Ca: "are you happy?"
*you look confused to her and she sighs*
Ca: "well you look a bit sad as soon as you start talking about him"
*you look at your drink not really knowing what to say*
F: "I, eh , yes sure"
Li: "I know you just know us for a few hours but if you need someone to talk to, go for it "
*she tries to win your trust*
*you stand up*
F: "I think I should better go now"
I: "no wait!"
*she grabs your wrist waiting for the others to be okay with her action*
I: "sit down, we're not here bye accident"
F: "what do you mean"
Li: "our boys saw you with Alexander today and we're worried.. we knew about you because Lando is talking non stop about you"
*you get a little smile knowing Lando talks so much about you*
I: "we thought maybe it helps you to talk with girls about it, in case you need help.. sorry, we didn't want to crash in here and make you feel uncomfortable"
*you sigh and think for a couple of minutes*
F: "that's very cute of you, even that you don't know me"
Ca: "ofcourse girl, i mean everything Lando said about you is true.. you're a very great person and we can't wait to hopefully drink something with you again"
*you smile and raise you're glass*
F: "well is the night over already"
*they cheer and Lily hugs you from the side*
Li: "so happy that you stay with us"
*you just talk for a couple of more hours and just have a good time, you feel like you know them forever*
A: "babyyyy"
*he hugs Lily from behind and kisses her neck which makes her giggle*
G: "hey babe"
*he kisses Carmen*
C: "mi amor"
*he kisses Isa and she stands up so she can sit on his lap wrapping his arms around her*
*you look down because it hurts how happy they look with their boyfriends*
L: "are you having fun?"
*he waited in the back before whispering in your ear again*
*you turn to him with a big smile*
F: "you're here?"
*he holds eye contact*
L: "you want me to go?"
F: "no!"
*you just notice what you said*
F: "I mean, I would love if you stay as well"
*he sits next to you after you gave him some space*
F: "you love to talk about me huh?"
*you turn to him and forget about the others*
L: "well you're driving me crazy"
*he takes you're hand and squeezes it*
F: "someone not getting nervous about my questions anymore?"
*you grin*
Li: "shh look at them"
*she whispers and tries to put their attention to
you*
L: "hm getting better in your game"
*he gives you a kiss on the cheek*
*you bite you're lips as you're the one who gets nervous now*
G: "this tension wow"
*he whispers while watching you*
*she has her head on Carlos shoulders*
I: "they're falling for each other"
*you speek louder now so everyone can hear you*
F: "here we go again"
*he walks in the bar and looks pretty mad*
A: "Flavy, i tried to call you! For what do you have a phone if you don't even use it?"
F: "Alexander I think-"
A: "you're thinking too much"
*he raises an eyebrow*
A: "and wasn't this supposed to be a girls night?"
Li: "yes, it was, our boyfriends just came and joined us a few minutes ago"
*she steps up for you*
A: "sure, whatever"
*he rolls his eyes*
F: "why are you here? You can go to Amelie if you're bored right?
A: " stop it now!"
F: "the night of the club when I was outside the whole night, you didn't even care about me.. all you thought was: I'm gonna have a good night with Amelie in our fucking bed!"
A: "FLAVY COME WITH ME UPSTAIRS OR I WON'T DO ANYTHING FOR YOUR BROTHER EVER AGAIN!
F: "coming"
*you saw with tears rolling down your face*
A: "better for you"
*you see how they all look at you and Lando squeezes your leg under the table*
*you really would love to stay but you can't*
*he turns around and excepts you to follow him*
*he takes your wrist as you stand up and want to follow him*
L: "you don't have to go"
*you look at him with tears in your eyes en your cheeks*
F: "I have to, you heard what he said"
A: "FLAVY!!"
*he calls you from the hotel lobby*
I: "don't go if he hurts you, no matter what he did for you"
F: "thank you for tonight, I really appreciate it"
*you take a deep breath and follow Alexander*
*he sighs and looks in the air rubbing over his face*
*he puts his hands on his shoulder*
A: "we will get her away from him, we can do it together"
*he pushes you into your hotel room*
A: "don't ever lie to me again!"
F: "Alexander stop this! What is wrong with you in the last few months? Stop treating me like shit or I will-"
*he comes closer to you*
A: "or what? You'll kick me out like Noah?"
*you get tears in your eyes*
*you are very close to his face and try to be strong*
F: "stop bringing him up again and again"
A: "don't forget I'm paying his rent"
*he looks annoyed and goes into the bathroom*
*tears are running down your cheek and you wish them away while sitting on the edge of the bed*
*he goes into bed while you still sit there trying to calm down but he doesn't care*
*he turns of the lights*
*you can't sleep and take out your phone to text Lando*
F: are you still awake?
*you nock on Landos room door with red eyes*
L: "hey come here flav, everything okay with you?"
*he hugs you tight*
F: "I hate him"
*you start to cry in Landos arms*
L: "let's get inside"
*he puts his hand on your back and he pushes you gently in the room after closing the door*
L: "what happened?"
F: "your friends look so happy in love.. I want that too"
*you sit on Landos and he wishes your tears away*
*he kneels down in front of you and takes your hands*
L: "well you were happy until-"
F: "until he came"
*you look to your hands*
F: "I feel like I don't even know myself anymore"
L: "close your eyes"
F: "what"
L: "trust me flav, close your eyes"
F: "and now?"
L: "what do you see? Where do you wanna be? Who do you wanna be?"
F: "to be honest I don't even know"
*you want to open your eyes*
L: "no! Keep them closed"
*he just looks at you squeezing your hands*
F: "I'm definitely not who I wanna be"
*you swallow*
L: "and who do you want to be? Tell me, what do you see if you have you're eyes closed?"
F: "just not having this life anymore I wanna be happy"
*you open your eyes*
F: "I always do everything for him, I'm always there but he treats me like shit"
L: "then why are you staying with him flav? You just told me you hated him?"
*he tries to understand*
F: "he had a hard childhood and like I told you his ex girlfriend cheated on him and got pregnant bye the other man,, he just doesn't know how to love, but I'm done teaching him"
L: "okay, got it and he also did a lot for Noah? But that's the last and you're not responsible for his past flav"
F: "but Noah, he.."
L: "where is Noah now?"
F: "he lives in London, in an apartment because I kicked him out of Alexander's house"
L: "why did you kick him out? What happened?"
F: "he still took drugs, he drank, he made parties in the house as soon as we left, it was really though for my relationship with Alexander.. because it was his house and he kept breaking things and his friends stole stuff.."
F: "Alexander and I started to fight, I really protected Noah but I chose Alexander.. i couldn't help Noah anymore.. gosh I'm such a bad sister"
L: "you loved him, and you also love Noah.. it's okay flav and you're not a bad sister just because you chose you.. you chose yourself and your happiness and that's always the right decision"
F: "thank you"
L: "I'm always here for you flav.. I'm sorry for everything you went trough.."
*you cuddle into his arms*
L: "you should leave him, like for real.."
F: "I'm scared.. he- he hurts me sometimes"
L: "I'm here, I won't let him hurt you again"
L: "you could stay here tonight?"
F: "I would love to thank you lan"
L: "good night beautiful"
