CLOUDS — Before You Exit

In the end, humans desire the things that destroy them. They spend lifetimes coveting disaster, unknowingly bringing about their unfortunate end.

They waste time moping and arguing about the unneeded things in life, losing sight of what really matters.

Giving and taking, consuming what was not theirs. They become something unnatural; foreign; forever remaining a mystery to themselves.

Reality becomes twisted and they are stuck between living their lives and ending it.

The constant thoughts chipping away at their sanity and breaking their spirits; tugging them deeper into the depths of inescapable despair.

And it is there, in their time of suffering, that it hits them.

Sometimes the worst place to seek solitude is within the mind.
