I have found barely any information on this person and nobody is speaking about it so sorry that I have little info to give but here's some information below

They try identify someone but it isn't spoken about at all so I want to bring light to this case and try bring the identity back to this man as this case means a lot as it's also in wales where I live and it also interests me as so little is known about this man
Clothing that he was wearing
Jeans that are Blue but Unknown brand and was a Size 38 (he Was At Most A Size 26)
Shirt/Blouse and Sweatshirt that was Purple but brand was Unknown andRound Necked, Blue Emblem (Large Size)
Jacket that was Fleece, Brown but brand was again Unknown, Long Sleeved Fleece Top, Size Large
Distinguishing Features
He had a very obvious skin pigmentation dicorder that was obvious on his face, neck, hands, arms and lower limbs
The cause of his death is hypothermia as he was found in the rither passing through betws y coed however there is still no information on who the man is
