As the last customers left, we shut and lock the door behind them, then me and Dezi sprinted towards our coworker Danny who was sitting in one of the booths, Danny already had the website up for us on his gaming laptop, He was a 19 year old college student, he fixed his glasses and smiled up at me as I leaned over him grabbing the laptop. "Oh yeah feel free, all yours."He said jokingly and I rolled my eyes, he had a major crush on me but it would never work, i'm too old for him, and our schedules didn't align. "Oh shush, you love when i'm in control."I pushed him playfully and he scooted to the other side of the booth me and Dezi scooted in and grabbed our cards getting ready. "So what's so important about this festival anyways?."He questioned looking at me, I rolled my eyes. There they were the tickets we needed, I clicked as fast as I could and added all of the things we needed to our cart, it was a total of $600. "He hates me, and I don't even know why."I shrugged grabbing my car keys, Dezi followed along behind me, "Maybe because you're constantly late?."Dezi added and I elbowed her side. Danny continued to collect his things. "See ya guys tomorrow same time."Danny called out and we continued on our way. "We should pick out our outfits for the festival!."Dezi smiled and I opened the door for her and she walked out to my nissan centra. "Yeah, and we could watch music videos all night!."I said excitedly unlocking my car for her, I got in and she did also. We finally arrived at our apartment complex, I parked in our spot and turned the car off hearing Rest Coin stop. "God how can someone be so perfect.."Dezi spoke and I laughed. "At least I know what my celebrity crush looks like..."I joked and got out of my car grabbing my backpack from the back, she slammed the door. "He's gonna fall for me at the VIP and then reveal his face to me in do time, I am okay with that."She said and I shook my head. "You're delusional."I said walking with her to our apartment. "I'll get the snacks and drinks, you put the music up on the tv!."I said and she nodded going to our tv, going onto youtube searching for Gateway To The City and pushing shuffle on the playlist. I grabbed the doritos, potato chips and, the mtn dew. We were skinny but we were also fat if you know what I mean. "I was thinking about wearing my torn Rest Coin shirt."She said as she sat on the couch. I nodded. "That's a good one but you don't want to look like a slob, those holes are all over the place. maybe the grey and black angel demon shirt you know the one i'm talking about?."I spoke and watched her reaction. She nodded. "I like your idea, paired with maybe some ripped black skinny jeans and fishnet top!."She spoke taking a sip of her mtn dew. I could already tell it was gonna be a long night tonight...
