In this the reader aka You will be referred to as Y/n, they are a human female who will try to solve the conflict without the need for the ba...
Today Y/n was going to go to her living coders after having a tea party with the human candidates ,Buddha and Hercules

As she was walking luck wasn't on her side today it seem, because she literally walked towards Poseidon the god of the Seas and one of the gods who particularly dislikes humans. Y/n was shocked when Poseidon himself started to walk towards her what did he want Buddha and Hercules had both told him Poseidon would probably be the hardest to convince help them stop the conflict.
Poseidon:" You human...why are you talking to other gods"
His voice was as cold as the Seas he ruled over and that expression that I looked like it could freeze someone's heart, despite his incredibly good looks. Y/n looked a bit startled and also scared but she took a deep breath to calm herself down and looked him in the eyes. He was quite surprised despite his expression not showing anything humans never really there to look at him directly, even many other gods didn't do that because of Fear, this little one seems quite interesting
Y/n:" hello I'm Y/n , and if the gods you are referring to are Buddha and Hercules then I am talking to them about...something...
She didn't want to say what they were talking about because Poseidon may tell the other gods ,which may bring a bad reputation for Buddha and Hercules if it's not accepted by the other gods.
Poseidon:" And what exactly would they be talking about with a human" his voice was still incredibly cold but there was a hint of interest in his eyes
Y/n was quite hesitant to speak but that cold expression on his face made her spit it out
Y/n:" well...we are... kind of trying to... solve the conflict.... between humans and gods" she was speaking quite hesitantly really hoping Poseidon wouldn't become mad or tell the other gods
Poseidon had a hint of shock in his expression before it turned quite cold
Poseidon:" blasphemy why would the gods comply with you human worms" his voice was cold and booming with rage he did try to keep his composure after all he was the god of the Seas the most perfect of the Gods
Y/n:" you see I understand that you don't think highly of humans because of the many mistakes we have done...but... do you and the other gods really hate us that much even the ones that haven't done particularly anything bad... because... you must know there are also very good humans...like...like the ones that clean the ocean and care about the endangered animals"
Poseidon didn't really know how to answer that in all honesty he never thought someone would actually ask him something like that. He was looking at her sternly not saying a thing if you really thought about it you can't really eliminate an entire species just because of the bad ones, he wasn't proud of himself for this but he has met humans who are actually quite nice and he actually enjoyed the company of of course they have died long ago. Now he needed to find an answer to give to this girl who was looking at him in the eyes something he really wasn't used to and he was getting out of track looking at her gorgeous diamond blue eyes. If he was on us she was actually quite beautiful he wouldn't mind marrying her if she was a goddess... as soon as he thought that he mentally cursed himself
Poseidon:* no no no I shouldn't be thinking that she's human she's my enemy...but she's pretty...and....nice. NO POSEIDON YOU ARE BETTER THAN THIS*
While he was mentally cursing himself she suddenly spoke again
Y/n:" Mr Poseidon I think we got off in the wrong foot ,I'm sure if we get to talk we may actually enjoy each other's company ,if you are willing you can come with me to my living quarters so we may talk and maybe have some tea"
Poseidon didn't really know what to say but he was interested what was so special about this girl except her beauty that Buddha and Hercules keeped on talking about her to the other gods
Poseidon:"....fine....let's go"
