Chapter : 23

Continuation of: Chapter 22

Izuku's POV:

Uraraka, Tsu, and Iida were sitting beside me on the bed while Todoroki talked to Sero. Shinso said he'd try to come by later as he was Kaminari right now, and well, we asked him to keep this a secret from Kaminari. 

Unfortunately, Sero found out. We had to tell him. Knowing Sero, he won't tell it to anyone, so my secret is safe, hopefully. Todoroki finally finished talking to him and he turned around and walked towards the bed. "Midoriya, if you want, you can stay over here for the time being; Sero said he doesn't mind changing rooms." 

Sero walked up to Todoroki and smiled. I looked over at him, slowly lowered my gaze, and looked at the bed. "Thanks Sero."

 I heard Sero walk up to the side of the bed and place a hand on my shoulder. "Hey man, you know it's all cool. I don't mind, and I definitely ain't judging you at all. In fact, if anything, I understand you, like seriously." 

I nodded, still avoiding eye contact. 

Sero patted my shoulder again and walked out the room. 

clack.

"You should have told us before, Midoriya." Iida spoke. 

I didn't answer. 

"I'm sorry." Uraraka said. "I'm sorry for being such a bad friend; I didn't even know you were going through this much pain."

I flinched and raised my head to finally look at her. To look at all my other friends. 

"Uraraka No-" 

"No Midoriya. In fact, I'm sorry too; maybe I haven't been a great friend to you; if I were, you probably would have come to us and wouldn't let this bother you for so long." Iida genuinely looked upset, upset at himself.

I quickly wrapped my arms around Iida's shoulder. "Iida, no, please stop." 

I sobbed as I spoke.

"Please don't say it like that."
"You—none of you are at all fault. I just didn't want to bring down everyone's mood and ruin the trip. I-" I paused. "I am sorry." 

There was a minute of silence before I felt a pair of arms wrap around me. 

Uraraka. 

Soon Tsu joined and then Todoroki. 

Tsu broke the silence, "You don't have to worry about that, Midoriya. *Kero* " 

"Like ever, seriously. You are always welcome; be it our happiest, saddest, or toughest days, I'm sure we can all agree that we will always be there for you." Uraraka continued. 

My heart ached at their words. In a good way. I nodded and hugged Iida tighter. 

"I love you guys." 

"We love you too."

"Hey, where's my 'I love you'? I deserve one, too."

 We looked at the door entrance. Shinso leaned against the wall as he looked at us with a fake pout. I chuckled before untangling my hands from the hug and signing for Shinso to join us. Shinso smiled, walked up, and joined the hug.

Katsuki's POV: 

My steps stopped in front of the shared room. I knew the moment I walked in, I would have to face the nerd. I couldn't just keep running away.
