{Y/n's POV} FUCK, I'M LATE, I'M LATE, I'M LATEEEEE. I STAYED UP LATE TO WATCH ONE PIECE BUT I ENDED UP SLEEPING ON MY COUCH LIKE A PIGGGGGG. I HAVE LIKE 5 MINUTES TO GET TO SCHOOL IDK IF I'LL MAKE IT. Currently sprinting to the school gates so they don't close, I could see it in the distance and I could see the teacher glaring at me, I know he wants to shut that door right in my face but that's not gonna happen. I got a burst of energy and went into Zenitsu mode dashing through the gates, looking back with a tongue sticking out to the teacher. However I accidentally bumped into someone while running...
I fell on my ass and a familiar voice asked "Hey, u okk?" while snickering as well as lending a hand. I gladly accepted it and got up to brush off the dirt off my skirt. I looked up and it was Makki all sweaty and in his volleyball uniform, I guess they just finished morning training (Idk how long training goes for so let's just roll with it). "ye thanks.. I needa go now... bye!" Slightly waving to him as I left, I still felt so flustered after what happened, like I can't look or speak to him without losing my mind. Ughhhh I hate thisss. I'll just talk to my friends and go through with the school week. I quickly went to my locker and headed to class.
{Makki's POV} I watched as she quietly left and I could tell there was something off about her. I guess that incident really shaked her up quite a bit... "Yikesss" I heard from behind me. Mattsun put his arm around my shoulder, lightly patting it "I could feel the awkwardness from the gym, what happened bro?" I sighed as we walked to the locker rooms "well yesterday I went to her house and let's just say..." I started blushing thinking about "sayyyyy????? NO WAY DID U GUYS? DO IT ALREADY?!" I got even more red just hearing that "NO WE DIDN'T AND QUIET DOWN, WE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. She just fell on top of me and it was really heated idk... maybe i'm exaggerating"
Oikawa then butted in "yahoo~ Makki are u having some lady problems~ I think I would be the best at helping as I have so many fangirls" "No Oikawa I think I can handle this one by myself" I quickly left the locker room to get to class, leaving him pouting. "I just wanted to be includedddd!" I heard Oikawa semi-shout, semi-cry which made me chuckle.
☆ Lunch time ☆
{Y/n's POV} Rocy, Leoni and I went to our favourite hangout spot, under the tree and they brought big lunches today which is good for me since I forgot to make lunch as I was late... "Seriously Y/n you need to stop binging one piece and start making a sleep schedule" I got lectured by Rocy "I'm sorryyyyyyyy I just have to watch the next episode of one piece, they always leave on cliff hangersss". Both Rocy and Leoni sighed as they gave me some of their lunches and put it on the makeshift plate they gave me with their lids. "Hehe you guys are the bestest friends! OH YEAH lemme tell ya'll, yesterday Makki and I had the super awkward accident and now I can't stop blushing when I'm near him" Now stuffing some rice in my face "What kinddd of accident was it?" they questioned. "Well I kind of... maybe.... jumped on him anddd ended up on top of him for a few minutesss??? OH! and just before I bumped into him again and It felt so awkward to talk to him, ahhhh I'm so embarrassed"
They both stared at me in shock, eyes wide and mouths opened, I started sweating "It's not that bad is it???" "girl idkkk if u can't handle a simple accident then how r u gonna handle a kiss?" Leoni protested. A KISS? I WASN'T EVEN THINKING ABOUT A KISS? Rocy agreed "ye girl, u need to quickly find out how to get rid of this awkardness phase or he bouta dip" "nooooooo why would u say thattt" I sulked, still continuing to eat their food "Yk we love u, we're just giving u the honest truth, anyways I needa go to the bathroom" Leoni quickly got up and headed back towards the building.
{Makki's POV} I walked past the bathroom but then heard my name get called, turning around I saw Leoni "Hey! Hanamaki... I um heard what happened between u and Y/n, yk I could help u get closer to her as I am her bestfriend" She innocently smiled, my eyes twinkled, Y/n has such a good friend "REALLY! What did u have in mind?" "Welll I haven't really made up a plan yet but if we talk about it I think it could work, I mean u still have my insta right?" I remembered that piece of paper I put into my pocket "Oh yeah! I'll follow u after school" "okk great! I'll see u later?" "Ye thanks Leoni!" I smiled warmly at her which made her a bit shy then she walked away.
