{Leoni's POV} Getting up and feeling so tired... Maybe because I was tossing and turning in my bed the whole night. Ughhh I hate what I'm feeling right now. Looking in the mirror notiving my big ass dark circles. Holy fucking shit I need to get rid of them right now!
Walking into class with 0 eyes bag and sitting down in her seat next to Rocy. The teacher walks in a few moments after and starts asigning people random jobs. I was really hoping not to get stuck with Hanamaki because it would just make me even more confused, but god was not on my side today... I interally groaned. We were supposed to clean the classroom together when everyone has already left, well this might be a little awkward.
☆During cleanup duty☆
Meeting up with Hanamaki. So looks like we're doing all the dirty work... "ughhhh why'd they give us the worst job there is.." Hanamaki complained. "Well someones gotta do it right? Let's try make it more fun by playing some music" He perked up to that suggestion and pulled out his phone "hmmmm what song?" he asked me, I suggested something lively like nemonemo by Yena (guys pls I love yena so much). Blasting music through his phone I was lowkey having a lot of fun! We even started dancing with the brooms, it was the most fun I've had in a while...
{Your POV} I decided to stay back in school for a little to study in the library when I bumped into my chemistry teacher and he asked me to take these papers to the office. I reluctantly said yes and made my way down the hallway, I could hear some music playing and I got curious. It got louder as I walked further down, I looked through the window and saw 2 people listening to music in the classroom. I chuckled 'looks like they're having fun~'
They look kind of familiar...? I couldn't make out their faces but I could see their silohouettes, they were getting really close, like singing karaoke as a duo close. When suddenly the girl turned and was pinned against one of the tables. OMG SO ROMANTIC! I was about to walk in when the teacher called out my name. "Oh! I was about to give these papers to the office from Mrs Chen", the office lady took half of the stack "Thank you Y/n, can you help me carry them to the office? These are super important!" Walking away from the classroom.
{Leoni's POV} We were just dancing so casually and everything else in the world was so inferior to this moment right here. My smile was wide and my heart was pounding. I smiled to Hanamaki as we kept dancing, then I slipped on my feet, but Hanamaki caught me just in time, kind of pinning me on the table. At that moment, time stopped and I was just staring in his eyes. My heart was beating faster and my breaths were fast-paced, I could feel the heat rising to my cheeks. I started looking at his lips but snapped out of it when I heard a teacher outside, realising it was Y/n she was talking too. Oh fuck... I hope she didn't see that...
{Makki's POV} "Hey! Leoniiiiii? Are you okay?" She finally snapped back to reality "Yeah I-I'm fine" I could tell she was flustered but why? Was it because she's embarrassed that she fell? Then I heard the teacher talking to Y/n! She's still here? Maybe if I finish cleaning I can still walk her home! "Hey Leoni let's finish this quickly so we can go home earlier?" "ye sure..."
Now rushing to get my bag "Okk I'll see you tomorrow Leoni!", jogging out the classroom to find Y/n. Where is sheeeee.... I was outside the school gates when I looked behind me to finally see her outside the door. I let out a sigh of relief when I realised she was still here. Calling out her name she looked surprised "Makki? What are you still doing here?" "I have clean up duty remember? We just finished", she looked a little embarrassed "That's right! With Leoni! She told me, so aren't you going home now?" "Ye I am but I thought.... I'd walk you home today? IF THAT'S OKK WITH YOU OF COURSE, Wouldn't be so gentleman like of me if I didn't ask for consent..." She chuckled "Yes you may Sir Takahiro"
"So do you always walk home Y/n?" I looked around, it was getting dark and even I was getting afraid... "Ye I do" I think she noticed how aware and anxious I was in the dark "I walk here all the time, it's a friendly neighbourhood and something about the starry sky and the light breeze feels nice" I looked at her and she was right, the breeze flew in her hair and the stars reflected in her eyes. It was beautiful... She was beautiful...
