I part from him, and stare, not believing this. He stared at me too, his face reddened, he stood up and went to the window, leaping out of it. I went to my window and glanced down, he changed into his wolf and bounded off into the woods. I touched my lips, still feeling Damon's on mine. I closed the window and sigh, why did he kiss me? Was he in love with me as well? I didn't know for sure.

My heart fluttered a million times over, I went back to lay on my bed. My life have been flipped upside down, ever since my mother died, everything have changed. I close my eyes and take a deep breath...

"I love you mom." I say, to her. She glances at me and smiles. "I love you too."

I opened my eyes, they were watered and my cheeks stained with tears. I felt the half moon necklace around my neck and held on to it, with it on it was as if she was right there with me. Before I knew it, it was morning, the birds chirping and everyone's lives returning to normal, all except mine. It was twisted and mingled with lies and people who I didn't know existed until now. I heard a faint knock on my door. I get up from my bed and wipe the tears away from my face.

My dad walk through the door and closes it behind him. He had something behind his back.

"What's that?" I ask him. He smirks and bring out his arm, it was a half Moon ring. He handed it to me, I put it on, it was the perfect fit. He had the other half on his finger as well.

"Thank you dad." I say smiling. He had a half Moon necklace on as well. I stared at it.

"I see you have your mothers necklace." He say smirking. I nod my head, my smile faded away.

"Its the only thing I have that's hers." I say in a low voice. My dad nod his head.

"Well, now she knows she's well loved by her daughter, why don't you come down for breakfast, the whole pack is here, and they want to meet you." He say outstretching his arm. I take it and was lead out my room to some stairs. Then he lead me to a room with a long table. Two chairs weren't filled at the head of the table. I take a seat beside my dad and waited as he introduced me.
