"What do you mean you saw a man turn into a wolf, you did say it was just a dark figure in the woods, your mind probably imagined it." Damon chuckles as he eat his lunch.

"I know what I saw." I say stubbornly. He is probably right though, I probably imagined it from past experiences.

I rub my hands together forgetting to had worn my gloves. I was such in a hurry from my Aunt, she would've started asking me questions that I didn't feel like answering.

I get up and walk from inside the cafeteria, Damon decided to follow me.

"Why do you follow me?" I ask him.

"Uh, I'm just trying to make sure you're okay." He say hesitantly. I just role my eyes and continue to walk. Not even knowing where I'm going. He stopped me by my arm and turn me around.

"Where are you going?" He ask, smiling. I shrug my shoulders.

"Just as I thought come on." He lead me a different direction.

"Now where are you going?" I ask him, using his question against him.

"Back to class of course."

So far I know he has most of my classes, he just didn't have my home room and my last class.

The end of the day came shortly after that, thank God. He always met me at the parking lot, at the end of the day.

"Here's my number, feel free to call anytime." He wink at me. I couldnt help but blush a little from his remark. Is he trying to flirt with me?

I make it back home from a long day of school, I walk into the empty house and took a seat to watch television before I receive a text message.

Hey new girl, me and some friends are having a house party, you should come over and hang with us.

-Ashely

I become confused on how she received my number, but I shrug my shoulder and decide to go as she send me the address.

I reach the house party, the lights were strobe, and the music was blasting. Everyone was having a good time. I dance to the music with everyone. A girl walk up to me and smiles a fake smile.

"Hey I'm Ashely, I'm the one who invited you." She say over the music.

"Well thank you."

She just nods her head and smiles disappearing into the crowd.

I glance off, many people who I didn't know surrounded me, dancing and having a great time.

I smile a bit before going to sit down, I was never really the party type, just always the party pooper.

I sigh as something crossed my eye, I followed it with my eyes, it had glowing red eyes, and pale skin. What the hell is that? it cocked its head, as if sniffing the air. It gazed towards me, fear began to spread.
