SHOYO   stared at the male infront of him. A tall and blueberry colored hair male, standing infront of him right now

The male also stared right back at him. Well, looks like he have to work with this guy, ofcourse.

'  Ukai - san said that I'm a spiker . . . He also said that I have to be paired with a setter to be a spiker . . . Not only that, I have to be in a good relationship with them too . . . But . . .  '

Shoyo stared at the male, the male stared at him back. The two had been staring at each other for quite a while

"  Why does it have to be you . . . "  Shoyo mumble, and ofcourse, it was unclear for the blueberry head

"  What was that, boke?  "

'  Did not just called me a boke . . . When he's the idiot one here, baka.  '

Shoyo thought, as he stared intensively towards the male. Well, it was none other then Tobio Kageyama, also the guy who thought he was a manager applying for the team

The two had to work in pair for their selection on Friday. It's actually a match to see who deserves the rights to join

However, Shoyo wondered, why did they have to make a selection? When all they have are four candidates, why not just let all of them join in?

But ofcourse, he didn't mind about that too much and just focused on practicing for that day's match with their opponent

'   If I'm not wrong, my team is Kageyama and Tanaka - senpai. The opponent are thoose two other first years and the captain, Daichi. '  Shoyo thought, as he tried to memorized everything he remembered

'  Daichi . . If I'm not wrong, people said that he's good with his defense. Tanaka - senpai is an upcoming to be ace, since he had the most amazing spike ever . . Wait, what's my position then?  '  Shoyo suddenly remembered. Tanaka is a wing spiker if he's not wrong, and Kageyama is the setter

Shoyo is an all rounder, but he doesn't know what position he is. As usually people would told him to play setter, then wing spiker, then libero and sometimes ace too

But now, what is he playing as? They have a setter and a wing spiker. Then he's a libero?

But, he doesn't like that position. He prefers to fly high in the sky too, like any others

But, just look at Kageyama's mood with him. How would Kageyama even send the ball to him? Well for Tanaka, maybe Kageyama would toss it to him because he's a senior

"  What are you thinkin' there, Boke?  "  And again, Kageyama called him a boke. Shoyo's eyes faced to him, how rude of him to be calling him that. He's probably a lot more dumber then Shoyo

"  Positions . . .  "  Shoyo replied, but it was more of a mumbled. Kageyama raises an eyebrow, why would Shoyo even think about positions when they only are going to play 3V3. "  We're only going to play 3V3, why would you think of that?  "

Shoyo turned to looked at Kageyama, a bit confused by his words. As Kageyama huffed in return, and put his palm on his waist

"  It's not like we're playing on a practice match or an official one. You just go anywhere you want  "  Kageyama explained, as Shoyo listened carefully about it all

"  But, the setter's position is mine. You could play as defense and attack, switch up with Tanaka sometimes  "  Kageyama said again. So that's how it is, he could play either attack of defense, or maybe both of them. He could also switch up with Tanaka repeatly

"  Is that so . .  "  Shoyo had sparkles shaped star in his eyes. As he imagined himself playing on court, and being able to fly up high. "  However, I think Tanaka - san is a spiker. You can be the defense then  "

Struck.

Shoyo was struck by a huge lightning. As he imagined himself not being able to fly up high with the others

"  W- What?  "  Kageyama tilted his head to the side. Wondering why is Shoyo making a shocked face. As if he didn't expected that from Kageyama

"  Hm? What's wrong?  "  Confused as to why is Shoyo so shocked. Kageyama questioned him, which struck Shoyo with more lightnings
