Carrie
It's been a while since I have heard from Izzy, I just hope that she is okay. I know she must be with Daniel and that is good, they need to have alone time which is why Cassie, and I went over to the bar to get drinks. I've been talking to a guy named Paul who has mentioned Daniel a few times but that just makes me curious as to how he knows him and why he was on the stage when we walked in.
"So how do you know Daniel?"
"We were roommates in college and became best friends. How do you know him?"
"He's, my boss."
I have been sitting here nervously for the last couple of minutes. His presence is commanding and dominating even if he isn't trying too. As if he knew what I was thinking about he looked at me with a smile on his face.
"Does he know that you're a submissive?"
I look at him stunned. How did he know that? I didn't tell him anything about that. Unless he picked it up since we are in a BDSM club. He just gives me a slow nod with his smile. I suddenly feel a rush of excitement over me and sigh in relief.
"How did you know?"
"You have a submissive aura about you and the way you carry yourself."
"And you? Are you...?"
He leaned forward slightly, his voice dropping to a more intimate tone. "Yes, I'm a Dominant."
Paul is attentive and thoughtful, asking me questions that make me feel understood and valued. I can't help but open up to him about my desires, fears and my longing for a connection that goes deeper than the surface. He grabs my hand across the table, holding it in his.
"So, are you here for your friend or are you looking for something as well?"
"I'm here for my friend's birthday but it wouldn't be a terrible thing if we wanted to explore."
"Good. Then let's start tonight. Finish your drink and we'll go somewhere more private to talk."
I feel a thrill of anticipation and finish my drink before standing up. He stands up and moves his hand to the small of my back and we walk towards the back of the building where the rooms are. The warmth of his touch and the promise of what lies ahead fills me with a sense of excitement and uncertainty. As we walk, I see my sister in the corner throwing up, it makes me stop in my tracks.
"Do you mind if I check on my sister? She's in the corner. I won't be long."
"That's fine, Family is important."
I nod and walk towards her with a concerned look on my face. I put my hand on her back and sit next to her. I wonder if she drank too much or didn't eat.
"Cass, you, okay?"
"I'm okay, I drank more then I should have."
"Let me take you home, I'll text Izzy and let her know where we went."
I'm not going to take no for an answer, I need to make sure she is okay and gets rest. She needs to be okay for work on Monday, and if she isn't then I'll just tell Daniel she isn't feeling well and won't be at work.
"No. It's okay, don't worry."
"I'm not letting you say no. We're going."
I help her stand up and grab her stuff so we can head out. I smile at her and let her relax a little bit. I'll make her some tea and soup when we get home.
"I'm sorry Paul but I need to take her home. Maybe we can have that talk another time."
"Of course, I respect that your sister comes first. Here's my card, text me anytime."
