Personality: Tsuki is nervous and anxious, but simultaneously kind, firm, brave, determined, loyal, and friendly. She is easily flustered and sometimes reluctant, and she thinks that many things are wrong with her. She is very timid, soft-spoken, thoughtful, polite, and shy, often using appropriate name suffixes. She is kind, Tsuki lacks self-confidence but is very hard-working.
Looks: Tsuki is a 5"3 woman with jet-black hair that reaches her lower back. She has lime green irises and vertically split pupils; on her left and right temples are two thick white horns that protrude crookedly and curl towards her forehead slightly. She has a light grey skin tone with white freckles.
Quirk: Moonshifter
Abilities: When She uses her quirk she changes into a NightWing (Search Wings of Fire Moonwatcher for reference). She can turn into a hybrid form or full form.
Passive abilities: She is constantly reading people's minds and gets random visions of the future, she is also known to basically fire proof and is extremely strong and durable, she is also extremely flexible. Her mind reading is only known to be able to be blocked by one material, a stone known as 'Skyfire', it is a part of a comet that broke up a few years ago.
Hybrid form: When in her Hybrid form she can use part of her abilities, for example she will be able to breath fire and fly, but the fire wont be as strong as in her full form. She will have almost completely black wings with an array of white scales on the underside in a star-like pattern, and a black tail with dark grey spines.
Full form: She will become an almost completely black dragon with silver-white scales in star-like patterns on the underside of her wings and a teardrop shaped scale on either side of her eyes. Her abilities include; breathing fire, flight, and size manipulation.
