Hao's POV:

I hear the sounds of suppressed sobs before I even see who it belongs to. I fly over the forest, scanning the thick trees. The gasps become louder as I get closer, and when I am sure I was at the right spot, I float down. There, on the ground, was a girl around my age, sitting on the forest floor. Her behaviour reminded me of my own of when my dear mother died, and I became interested. She must have felt my arrival, and suddenly looked up, and my heart did a strange tumble in my chest. She was asian, and had long, raven black hair and clear, chestnut brown eyes, and was easily the most prettiest girl I had ever seen. She was wearing cargoes and a hoodie, with her voluminous hair tied up in a high ponytail, a dark, blood red ribbon hanging from her hair.

Who was this goddess? I wondered. She was obviously casting a spell on me, and I was becoming obsessed with her features. She ignores my hand, and I smirk. The wife of the Shaman King must be feisty, and have courage. The girl stands up and brushes down her clothes. Before I can even react, her sad facade is gone and is replaced by a furious girl brandishing a dark, silver dagger in her hand. In her other hand, she bounces an identical one. "Take one more step, and I swear I will embed this into your throat," she glares, her voice raspy from crying. I feel my cock twitch and I will it to stay down, so that I could be a goddamn civilised man.

I move forward, and she immediately thrusts her dagger, but before she could blink, I was behind her. "Strange. I've never had a girl resist me before... excluding my brother, Yoh's wife of course,"

I feel her gasp, and she tries to turn around, but, with the speed of light, I grab her by her slim waist and pin her against a tree. Her eyes widen in fear, and I try not to let my eyes drag down to her heaving chest. Instead, I lean closer, so that my lips are only an inch away from her plump ones. I smirk, pretending to be oblivious to her obvious fear. I shook my head. "Don't try me, princess. Or otherwise..." I clicked my fingers, and Spirit of Fire's flame began to burn. I held it near her cheek, the flames almost licking her smooth skin. The girl slowed her breath down and closed her eyes, flinching. Hm. It seemed that she was used to this type of treatment from other people. All of a sudden, I felt her foot plant into me chest, and she shoved me back, shaking her head.

"I can't," she said breathlessly. "I can't... I can't... I can't..."

Her breathing began to go more rapidly, and she sank down to the trunk of the tree. She curls up, and squeezes her hands around her ears, as if trying to block out a noise. Her facade of a tough girl is gone, and tears trickle down. Her chest shudders, and I knew that I would have to do something. I scoop her small, trembling form up into my arms and soar into the air. She doesn't try to fight me anymore, but just lies there, still and unmoving, her teardrops staining my cloak a darker shade of cream. I knew that I would have to take her back to my camp with the other teams, although, I knew that they wouldn't like it.
