Jungwon couldn't shake off the feeling that he had stumbled upon something significant. The photo of Riki's mother had raised more questions than answers.
Determined to uncover the truth, Jungwon decided to investigate further. He snuck out of the camp, making his way to the nearby village.
After asking around, Jungwon finally found a lead. An old woman, who claimed to know Riki's mother, agreed to meet with him.
The old woman's eyes clouded as she spoke of Riki's past. "His mother, she was a kind soul. But she was taken from him, torn away by the very people she trusted."
Jungwon's heart raced. "What do you mean?"
The old woman's voice dropped to a whisper. "Riki's father, he's not what he seems. He's hiding secrets, secrets that could destroy everything."
Jungwon's mind reeled. What secrets was Riki's father hiding? And how did it all connect to Riki's motivations?
As he left the village, Jungwon knew he had to confront Riki. He had to know the truth.
But little did he know, Riki was watching him from the shadows, his eyes burning with intensity.
