Okey so I will do the information of the character which I haven't done (I did that on purpose tho) so for the face claim I won't do a picture I just will give some examples of how she looks and y'all can imagine her,yourself.
First of all she has dark hair but in her costume her hair turn white due to her powers,her skin is pale again due to her powers,she's around 5'3,I won't specify a weight you can imagine it yourself. She's around age 13.
As for her powers:
She can manipulate Ice and Snow
Her powers are really strong,that you can feel them from miles away
She got her powers when she was 5 years old(which did ruin her life)
Her ice protects her they work without her concern to protect her
Everytime she uses her powers her hands start to freeze but not that much but if she uses it a lot her hands would freeze but after sometime they would unfreeze
If she uses her powers too much her clothes will start to rip apart and her body will start to freeze
And her powers change colours due to her-emotions
If her powers get taken away she'll get really weak,her hair will turn more of a grey colour as her skin will be extremely pale looking more like a dead corpse
The reason for this is that,since her powers run in her veins and basically in one word she's made of ice.
