Jk started reading the papers which were looking really old . He was looking at them shocked. He heard the door open but paid no mind .

Mom : I'm back . What are you loo- where did you get those from ?
Jk : is that what is important right now ? *Shocked* Are they not my real brothers?
Mom : why'd you draw a line like that ? Biological or not. They're your brothers.
Jk : who are they ?
Mom : *sigh* they're my sister's sons. She died when tae and Jim were just 2. I loved them a lot . So I decided to adopt them and take care of them .
Jk : now I understand why I'm so younger than them .
Jk : do they know about that ?
Mom : yeah they do.
Jk : *scoffs* so I was the only clueless one.
Mom : I just didn't want you to make any difference . They were your brothers, they are and they always will be.
Jk : I'm not like that. Why'd I make any difference. But what about my dad then ? Who's he?
Mom : where did that come from ? why are you suddenly asking about that jerk?
Jk : cuz I wanna know . I wanna know who my dad is . So that you can stop calling him a jerk .
Mom : you don't have to .
Jk : why not ? What's wrong with that ?
Mom : stop talking about him . *Stern*
Jk : why ? What are you afraid of ? Why don't you let me meet him ? Why do you hide him from me ?
Mom : Jungkook I'm telling you for the last time , stop talking like a reckless kid .
Jk : why not ? Are you ruining my relationship with dad cuz of your mistake ? Is it cuz of anything you did ? What kind of mother doesn't let her child meet their dad ? Why do I have to suffer for what you did. Te- *cut off by slap*

His mom slapped him making him quite down . Jk looked at her with teary eyes. She grabbed his cheeks hard.

Mom : don't you ever dare to talk to me like that . I'm warning you . Don't cross your limits .

She said and let go of his cheeks roughly. She went to her chair and sat down . Tears were flowing from jk's eyes. He stood there like a statue regretting his choice. His mom called Jimin .

Jm : hello mom .
Mom : Jim . Are you free ?
Jm : Yeah . Why mom ? Is anything wrong ?
Mom : can you pick kook up from here ?
Jm : yeah . I'm coming.
Mom : thanks .

They cut the call. She started working. Jk came toward her and stood beside her .

Jk : mama . I'm sorry . I really am
Mom : *no response*
Jk : mama please . I'm really sorry. Please forgive me .
Mom : don't disturb me Jungkook . Let me do my work .

Jk was scared of making her angry again . So he went and sat on the sofa . After a while Jimin came .

Jm : hey mom . *Sensing the awkward silence*
Mom : oh. Good that You're here . Take him home .
Jm : yeah . Kookie , go outside and wait for me . I'll be there .

Kook went out and Jimin went to his mom and sat on a chair in front of her .

Jm : what's wrong mama ?
Mom : he's getting out of hand .
Jm : what actually happened?
Mom : he found the adoption papers .
Jm : *shocked* how ?
Mom : I went to a meeting and he found it probably while exploring my office. So I decided to tell him the truth. But he started to ask about his father . Idk what to do .
Jm : ik you don't tell him cuz you don't want him to get hurt. And neither do I . But if he keeps getting worked up about it then we've to tell him . I can't stand him mistreating you .
Mom : you're right. I love you my kid. Jm : I love you too mama. And uhm.. I saw his cheeks are red . Did you perhaps uhm-
Mom : yeah I hit him . So don't scold him . He already went through pretty much today . Yeah I won't. Don't worry .
