Jessica's Pov
The Next morning
BEEP BEEP BEEP! I hit the alarm opening my eyes "wake up sleepy head, here's some coffee" I rub my eyes grunting hearing Brittney's voice "please not so loud" I open my eyes some more and take the cup from her sitting up "1 through 10 how drunk was I?" she lets out a laugh "10,000" I groan "btw Leon is hot why did you never tell me" I roll my eyes at her "because there's nothing to talk about and back off you have Jerome" Brittney laughs and throws her hands up "I don't know I kind of beg to differ the tension between you two was so powerful everyone could feel it" I sit my cup down and look at her " THAT is not true at all" she smirks "Yes, it is I could tell you both wanted to jump each other's bones so bad and You guys were legit high school sweethearts" I push the thought away "Yea well that's over now" I get up and head to the bathroom to take a shower "and I don't want to hear any more about it" Brittney smirks and hands me my phone "well I think you should talk to him don't let your pride get the best of you".
I roll my eyes and take my phone "leave it alone it's not happening" Brittney walks away rolling her eyes "well hurry up before we're late you know how your manager is" I check the time "oh shit " I hurry up showering and getting dressed "okay Brittney lets go I don't have time to hear Sarah's mouth" me and Brittney rush out the door.
Author's POV
Jessica and Brittney arrive at work soon as they walk into the shoot Jessica can already feel the look of anger from Sarah as she walks up to her "Look you can yell at me later I had a rough night last night" "you can say that" Brittney says with a giggle "shut up Brittney"
Jessica gets ready for her lingerie summer shoot with Brittney's help "you look perfect" Jessica smiles "Thanks to my own hairstylist and designer" Brittney smiles and finishes up "okay done go make perv men happy to the point they pay our rent" "when you put it like that It sounds like prostitution" Brittney laughs at Jessica's comment and kisses her cheek "all love babes now go be sexy" Jessica goes onto the set for her pictures "ready?" Jessica nods "Ready" she poses but in her head all she could think about was what Brittney said this morning does she still love Leon no she couldn't not after all these years I mean they were only high school sweethearts
"Jessica...JESSICA" Jessica snaps back in reality "huh? oh, sorry are we done for the day?" Sarah face palms and shakes her head "No, would you pay attention" "yea sorry" Brittney comes over to her "hey girl I have to get to my other client are you going to be, okay?" Jessica nods and smiles "yea I'll be fine"
A Few photo shoots later
"Okay Jessica your all set" The cameraman says, Jessica nods then goes and cleans up her stuff putting her original clothes back on "Make sure you are here next Monday at 9:00 no later" Sarah tells her with a serious look on her face Jessica just nods at her and smiles "okay I will" Jessica finishes up walking out the door waiting on Brittney till she gets a text "Sorry with Jerome but someone else is coming to get you ;)" Soon as Jessica gets that text Leon pulls up "ugh of all people it's you" Leon smirks as he looks at her "Well who else would it be" "someone more mature and gullible, I'll walk home" Leon face drops and now he looks aggravated "No you're not get in the car" Jessica just walks away and Leon drives after her "Jessica stop this shit already and get in the car" Jessica just keeps walking "No rather get kidnapped then get in that car" "interesting" Leon stops the car and grabs her by her legs putting her in the car "Omg Leon put me down are you crazy?!" "not as crazy as you now shut tf up and GET IN THE CAR" He puts her down and looks at her in the eyes the tension is so heavy it could be cut with a knife "You can't talk to me like that" Leon smirks and looks at her up and down "why?, thought you like it when I do" Jessica rolls her eyes looking away "Whatever I'll get in the car but don't try no funny business" he throws his hands up watching her get in the car "trust me not without your permission miss" "don't be Coe" Leon gets in the car and drives off.
Leon's POV
"So, you're just not going to talk to me the whole ride" I look at her a little she looks out the window "when are you going to stop this little brat thing you got going-" "when you grow up and stop being an ass" I just laugh looking at the road " What's funny" "you I missed your little attitude" "don't Leon you don't miss shit about me" That hurt "why you think that" "because then you wouldn't have abandoned me with no trace of where you went" Jessica looks at me with hurt and I can tell, I stop the car Infront of her house "thanks for the ride or whatever" Jessica gets out and I grab her hand "wait.." "What?" She looks at me, those eyes of hers always had an effect on me no matter what "Look I'm sorry okay I never meant to hurt you" She looks at me with just hurt and it kills me "Goodnight Leon" She walks away closing the door after her going into the house, I lay my head on the steering wheel "fuck..." I drive away just thinking in my head damn I miss her...
