The Next Morning 

Jessica's POV

"Good morning sleepyhead have fun yesterday" I sit up rubbing my eyes "Brittney don't all he did was take me home" She smirks at me and hands me a cup of coffee "here" I take it and look at her "No" "no what?" "no it's not happening" "bullshit you guys love each other and you can deny it all you want I don't care" I keep sipping on my coffee and roll my eyes "even if we did it's been years, and I can't trust him what he did to me was the most fucked up thing ever" I put my cup down and get up "the least you could do before you pest me is make breakfast" "jokes on you I did I just came to bother you first" she laughs as I walk into the kitchen getting a text from Leon "hey can we talk?" wtf... "how do you remember my number?" "Got it from Brittney, she told me you never blocked me" I roll my eyes and eat my breakfast ignoring him 

ding

"Hello? come outside so we can talk please" "No leave me alone" "not happening come outside before I come in there... pun intended" I laugh a little and roll my eyes "gross fine I'm coming" I get up heading outside and sure enough there he was in his fancy little car, I walk up to the car and get in "what do you want?" "you" I let out a scuff laugh "Please you had me" "yea I know, and I want you back" I look at him "Why all of these years why now" "why not?" "Because you abandoned me, you can't just do that and then-" and that's when his lips touched mine all the anger and hurt I felt started to fade all the love I felt for him started to grow but then I snapped back into reality pushing him away "No, no you can't just kiss me and think all is better" "I know" he smirks "I just miss tasting you" my face turned red and I could tell he noticed "see I still have that affect" I roll my eyes "I'm serious" "then I'll win you over" "You could try but it won't work" "mm we'll see" "whatever Leon I have to get to work" He takes my hand and kisses it "Okay I'll pick you up after" I take my hand "No you will not" he smirks as I get out the car "see you when you get off" I walk away rolling my eyes going back into the house 

Soon as I walk In Brittney is sitting in the window "were you spying on me?" she gets comfy like nothing happened "Huh? No of course, not" She smiles at me, and I walk away "don't say a single word I'm going to shower" "make it quick we have to get to work" 

Leon's POV

Ding I look at my phone getting a text from an unknown number "boss wants to see you" I let out a sigh "this can't be good" I send a text to Jerome letting him know to meet me at the boss's office  

I drive over to the office "Oh there you are" I look at Jerome as I walk in "the boss is wants to see You and it's not looking good" I shake my head and sigh "okay" I walk into the Boss's office looking around

"There you are Son, where have you been?" I look at him as I walk towards him "Had something to deal with dad sorry I'm late" He pats me on the back, and I give him a weak smile "oh that's okay son" He whispers in my ear "don't let it happen again"  It's always just been me and my dad, my mom left after she found out what type of business he was running... lucky me right? after my mom found out she told the police so me and my dad had to move and find somewhere else to go sadly Jessica doesn't know that..I don't know if I'm going to tell her that "son... SON!" I snap back into reality "yes yes I'm here" He grunts and glares at me "I need you and Jerome to deliver a package by tonight" I nod "is that all?" "yes now leave" I nod and leave his office taking the package "Jerome come on" 

Me and Jerome get in the car, and I can feel his deep ass stare on me "what?" I look at him irritated Jerome has been my best friend for years he always known how my father is and what type of business he runs, glad to have him but sometimes he knows me too well "so are you going tell me why your so lost into space today or do I gotta snoop around" I sigh and lay my head on the steering wheel "remember that girl at the party" "the one with the red dress that you wouldn't stop staring at" I grunt nodding my head "yes her" He gasp then laughs "omg don't tell me that's the one who you been obsessing about for years man" I sit up and sigh "yea that's her she has no clue about any of this and-" "and You don't wanna keep lying to her, look I understand but you gotta tell her" I look at him taking a joint out his hand before he lights it "hey wtf" "don't you think I know that, wait you didn't tell Brittney did you?" he shakes his head "No, only told her I was a gamer which wasn't a lie" I let out a laugh lighting up the joint "okay good don't, just wait I have to find the right time to tell Jessica" I smoke it and pass it to Jerome "but anyways we have to drop this package by tonight let's hurry up so I can pick Jessica up from work"  

I drive off.
