The stack of documents was now organized, the chaotic mess of papers now transformed into an easily manageable pile. I picked up the USB that Harry had so forcefully dropped onto my desk, twirling it between my fingers thoughtfully.

A part of me was still irritated by his abrupt manner, but another part of me appreciated the task he had given me. It would give me something to focus on and distract me from the usual monotony of the workday.

I turned my chair towards the computer, plugging the USB into the port. The familiar chime of the computer recognizing the peripheral device filled the silence, followed by the familiar folder structure as the files were automatically loaded.

As my computer processed the new information, I took a moment to lean back in my chair, my gaze roaming around my office. It was a modest but comfortably furnished space, with just enough personal touches to make it feel somewhat homey.

My desk was tidy, as usual, with my laptop, keyboard, and mouse arranged in a neat line. Photo frames, a potted plant, and a few personal trinkets adorned the corner, each one a small reminder of life outside of work.

The window behind my desk offered a view of the city skyline, the high-rise buildings and smattering of lush green trees below creating a stark contrast against the modern, urban backdrop.

With a sigh, I turned back to the task at hand. The files had finished loading, and now I had to make sense of the data laid out before me.

My fingers hovered over the keyboard, the silence of my office interrupted only by the faint hum of the air conditioning. I took a deep breath, readying myself to dive into the data presented in front of me.

The task wasn't going to be easy, I could already tell. The sheer volume of data was daunting, and it would require all my focus and attention.

The afternoon had given way to evening, the sun descending in the sky and casting long shadows over the city, painting the office with orange and pink hues. The presentation was finally complete, the final touch of the last slide adding the finishing touch to my work.

With the presentation now finished and the satisfaction of a job well done, I turned my attention to the next task at hand. I opened the file containing the design brief for the latest company campaign, the design brief outlining the concept, theme, and specific requirements for the upcoming campaign's promotional materials.

As the day drew to a close, the office was growing quieter. The clicking of keyboards and the hum of the air-conditioning system were almost the only sounds in the now half-emptied workspace. Some employees had already started to pack up, their briefcases and bags hinting at their imminent departure.

The sky outside was now a deep blue, the sun having set beyond the horizon. The city's skyline was now lit up, the twinkling lights resembling a blanket of stars against the backdrop of the night sky.

My desk was slightly disheveled, the papers and files neatly stacked but still evidence of the work done throughout the day. The monitor was the only source of light in my workspace, casting an almost warm glow on my face.

I sat alone in the office, the only light coming from my computer screen. The hum of the air conditioning was the only sound breaking the silence. It was late, and everyone else had gone home. I glanced around the empty office, feeling the weight of the day pressing down on me. It had been another long and challenging day, full of unexpected twists and turns.

Earlier, I had been given the task of promoting a new app. As a graphic design student, I saw this as a golden opportunity to showcase my skills. However, my honest review of the app had backfired. Instead of attracting users, my critique had highlighted its flaws, causing a significant drop in its usage.
