I woke up to the sound of noise coming from the kitchen, the smell of breakfast being cooked. The sunlight streamed in through the window, casting a warm glow across the room. I recalled that it was my first day of work at Arryrey. I quickly got out of bed and dressed in appropriate work attire, feeling a mix of anticipation and nervosity about the day ahead.

I heard Olive call out a goodbye as she left for university. "Good luck, Olive! Have a great day!" I called back, listening to the sound of the door closing as she departed. After bidding goodbye to Olive, I quickly changed into my work clothes, making sure my appearance was neat and presentable. I grabbed my phone and wallet, mentally preparing myself for my first day on the job.

I quickly made myself some breakfast, before exiting the apartment and heading to the elevator. The ride down to the basement seemed to take longer than usual.

I was not looking forward to working at Arryrey, as the thought of working under Harry, the boss and owner of the company, filled me with a sense of irritation. I was not in the mood to deal with him or the tasks that lay ahead.

The thought of spending the whole day working under someone I disliked was not appealing, but I knew I had no choice. I took a deep breath and stepped into the elevator, descending to the basement, mentally bracing myself for the day ahead.

As the elevator doors opened, I stepped out into the basement. The fluorescent lighting gave the area a cold and sterile atmosphere, making me feel even more unenthusiastic about the prospect of working here for the day.

I made my way through the basement, passing by the various employees who were busy at work. I could feel the heavy weight of responsibility on my shoulders, the knowledge that my performance would be evaluated by the person I least wanted to impress.

I got into my car and started the engine, driving towards the Arryrey office. My mind raced with thoughts of the tasks I would have to do, the workload I would have to handle, and the boss I would have to deal with.

After a short drive, I finally arrived at the Arryrey office. The building was tall and imposing, and the sight of it only added to my sense of discomfort and unease. I smiled politely at the receptionist and greeted her, then headed towards the elevator to the 34th floor, where Arryrey's office was located.

The elevator ride up to the 34th floor seemed to take an eternity, as I felt a sense of dread growing with each passing moment. I tried to remain calm and composed, but my heart was racing with anxiety.

I was greeted by Ms. Noelle, the company's manager, who smiled at me. "Good morning, welcome to Arryrey. You must be the new hire, right?" I nodded in agreement, trying to remain professional and polite. Ms. Noelle seemed friendly enough, but I couldn't shake the feeling of unease that had settled in the pit of my stomach.

Following Ms. Noelle, I entered the room designated as my work area. The room was small and cramped, with a desk, computer, and other work supplies neatly arranged. I noted that there were three desks in the room, but there was no one else present. The room seemed eerily quiet, with only the sound of the air conditioner breaking the silence.

While waiting for my work to be assigned, I began to tidy up my desk, organizing the items on its surface. The anticipation and anxiety began to build as I wondered what tasks I would be given today.

A man dressed in a suit and a crisp white shirt walked past the open door of my room, carrying a stack of folders in his hands. He entered the next room, leaving me to wait in anticipation for whatever task I was about to be given.

The sound of papers shuffling and footsteps muffled by the carpet suggested that the man was busy in the next room, perhaps going over the documents he was carrying. I continued to sit at my desk, feeling increasingly nervous and anxious.
