before we get started — i just wanted to say hello! i'm niki, and i'm actually not new to writing. i've lost count of how many books i've written in the past, but trust me, there were A LOT, and they were also shit. aside from the shitty writing and terrible plot, (or lack thereof) i never managed to actually finish one of my works, and that's why i decided to make this book after completely forgetting about wattpad's existence for around two years. i'm challenging myself to actually finish this book instead of just leaving people in the dust.

now, i will be honest, i am writing as i go. you'd think i would've learned my lesson by now after pulling that shit for god knows how long, but i have not. womp womp. i'm a dumbass, i know.

about the book:

when i first thought of making this, i thought of making it seem somewhat like kakegurui and the days (2004 american tv show — btw, i NEED more cooper day content. i will do anything for that.) so if those are two shows that you're into then hip hip horray, you found the book for you. i hope. jump for joy.

this is in the same universe that the actual show took place in, just a few tweaks, like the characters being older, and the addition of my own characters for plot reasons, etc etc.

with all that being said, i really hope you enjoy this book, as i try my best to create plot unique from others, and i'm honestly just a teeny tiny bit proud of this one.

there will be a LOT of bumps down the road, but i think it'll be worth it in the end.
