Jungkook wakes up and sees the ring glistening in the light, which is coming in through the curtains.
"Where did this come from..?" he wonders.
Taehyung enters the room.
"Hey, darling wife." he says and sits on the edge of the bed.
Then Jungkook remembers.
"Yugyeom is still after you. I heard he is still alive." Taehyung says with a sigh.
"It's fine. I don't want him."
"Yeah, but he wants you."
Jimin comes in with a caramel machiato.
"Here, sir." he says, handing it to Taehyung. Taehyung waves Jimin off, handing the coffee to Jungkook.
"You probably need this after the night you had." Taehyung admits and hands the coffee to Jungkook.
Jungkook takes a drink and melts.
"This is very good!"
"Thank you, it's $750 on the market." Taehyung says. "Finest coffee bar tender around is my guy." Taehyung adds.
"Should we have a big wedding or sign papers instead so it's more discrete?" Taehyung asks.
"It's fine either way." Jungkook says mid sip.
Taehyung kisses Jungkook.
"I have a connection to you." he admits.
"and you to i or i to you." Jungkook says.
Taehyung laughs, making Jungkook smile.
"You're so cute, bunny boy." Taehyung says, embracing Jungkook.
"So are you, Mr. Kim." Jungkook teases.
"God, you're getting me worked up.." Taehyung growls.
Taehyung then picks up Jungkook and takes him to his bedroom.
They cuddle very close. Taehyung realizes he's ripped jungkoook apart these past few weeks and needs to give the bunny a break.
Taehyung watches Jungkook sleep curled up on his chest.
The next day, Jungkook wakes up on Taehyung with a coffee on the side table.
"Hey, darling." Taehyung whispers.
"Hi." Jungkook replies.
They sit up after a moment and Taehyung hands Jungkook the coffee.
They kiss.
"I love the lingering taste of expensive mafia coffee on your breath." Taehyung grunts.
Hobi knocks on the door.
Taehyung gets up and goes to the door.
"Meeting now. Immediate." he tells Taehyung and Taehyung rushes to follow, Namjoon standing by to guard Jungkook as he is alone.
at the meeting
"We are getting threats from Yugyeom's gang. I'm not sure if he's dead or not." Yoongi says.
"Well, either way he is gone for at least a while." Taehyung says.
Namjoon runs in.
"I went to go to the bathroom and Jungkook is gone."
"NOT AGAIN!"
