Taehyung immediately draws his gun after hearing those words, but Yugyeom is faster, snapping his fingers. Bambam appears, holding a gun to Taehyung's head.
"What are you going to do now? He already signed his half, so sign your half." Yugyeom says lowly.
"What? He did not. He loves me. You are bluffing." Taehyung scoffs, although he honestly is confused. He must know Jungkook loves him back... right?
Suddenly, the door is kicked in and Changbin, Bangchan, Felix, Hyunjin, and Jeongin are in the room with weapons.
"Seems to me backup arrived." Hobi says smugly.
Guns start firing in the direction of the gang leaders with other members using their bodies to shield.
Suddenly, Yugyeom goes to the room next door and comes out holding a tied up Jungkook
"Let. Him. Go." Taehyung says and the gunfire stops.
"Listen to his wise words." Yugyeom says, and removes his hand from over Jungkook's mouth.
"Now tell him." Yugyeom orders.
"I-I don't want to marry you! I barely even know you.... I've known Yugyeom since forever! Please lend me happiness..." Jungkook pleads.
"What." Taehyung says harshly. Bangchan faces Yugyeom from behind the desk and aims his gun. With the pull of a trigger, a bullet glides past Yugyeom's head.
"HEY. Who did that?!" Yugyeom yells.
Everyone goes silent and Jungkook starts to cry.
"I don't want this! I just want to work at my coffee shop and see my parents every morning!" Jungkook says between sobs.
"It's your fault, TaeTae, and I can reverse all his pain." Yugyeom teases and Taehyung sighs
"Okay. Have him. I don't care anymore." Taehyung says coldly and exits the room, heading towards the front doors.
"No no no! PLEASE!" Taehyung hears Jungkook screaming. He looks back and thinks momentarily with a feeling of guilt and dread within him. He runs back to the room with his gun out and quickly aims it, shooting Yugyeom.
Yugyeom lets go of Jungkook and yells out in agony. Bangchan and Felix get Jungkook, and lead him out of the mansion.
"Finish the job." Taehyung calls out to his backup and exits the mansion, following the others to the jeep and leaving. Sounds of gunshots fill the air behind them.
Once back at Taehyung's mansion, Bangchan and Felix had untied Jungkook and helped him inside. Another Stray Kid comes inside the house and to Jungkook, sitting beside him in his bed.
"Hi.. I'm Jeongin. I'm the youngest of Stray Kids District 9. I think I understand you." Jeongin says kindly.
"I don't understand what is happening in my life anymore.." Jungkook admits, still fearful.
"I don't either," Jeongin giggles, "I think we will make good friends." he says, and they talk for the rest of the day as Taehyung is in the meeting room.
In the meeting room, Changbin has come with news.
"We tied Yugyeom up in a secret basement. We will torture him for information." Changbin informs Taehyung
"Thank you. He deserves the treatment he gave to Jungkook." Taehyung says.
"Where is Jungkook anyway?" Felix asks.
"In his room with Jeongin, I believe." Jimin says, and everyone turns their heads to him.
"You took Jungkook there. Why?" Taehyung pressures.
"Jungkook told me to," Jimin admits "He asked where Yugyeom lives and if I could take him there so he could talk but I warned him that he is insane. He didn't listen." Jimin says.
"Tie Jimin to the chair in the basement for interrogation." Taehyung orders. Jimin sighs as he is dragged out of the room by Bangchan and Felix.
"I'm going to check on Jungkook." Taehyung says, and exits the room.
