In the dimly lit office of Albus Dumbledore at Hogwarts, three of the most formidable minds in the wizarding world convened. Dumbledore sat behind his desk, his fingers steepled, his expression contemplative. Across from him sat Severus Snape, his dark eyes piercing, and Minerva McGonagall, her face set in a stern frown.
Dumbledore broke the silence. "There is another child, one with extraordinary potential. One who, if guided correctly, will be a crucial ally to Harry and Nyla Potter in fulfilling the prophecy."
Snape raised an eyebrow. "And who might this prodigy be, Headmaster?"
Dumbledore's eyes twinkled with a hint of sadness. "His name is Siddarth Valentine. He was recently identified by Sybill Trelawney as possessing immense power, even greater than we have seen before. His potential is staggering—he could single-handedly defeat a hundred Voldemort's at once."
McGonagall gasped. "How is that possible, Albus? How could a child possess such power?"
Dumbledore sighed. "It is a rare and unique case, Minerva. Siddarth is blessed by forces beyond our full understanding. But this power must be channeled correctly. He must be made to believe his primary role is to assist Harry and Nyla, not to overshadow them."
Snape leaned forward, his eyes narrowing. "So you intend to manipulate this child's path? To keep him from realizing his true strength?"
Dumbledore nodded gravely. "Yes, Severus. The prophecy clearly states that Harry and Nyla are the ones destined to vanquish the darkness. If Siddarth were to become too powerful, it would disrupt the balance. We need the light to triumph in a way that is seen and acknowledged by all. If Siddarth kills Voldemort, it would be as if darkness defeats darkness. The light would not be appreciated as it should be."
McGonagall shook her head, her voice rising with indignation. "Albus, this is wrong. We cannot use Siddarth in such a way. He deserves to become who he is meant to be, not to be kept in the shadows to serve a narrative. This is not about our reputation but about doing what is right."
Dumbledore's face hardened slightly. "I understand your concerns, Minerva, but this is for the greater good. The world needs to see Harry and Nyla as the heroes who bring light. It cannot be any other way."
With a heavy heart, McGonagall looked away, struggling with her conscience. "So, we are to clip his wings for the sake of the prophecy?"
Dumbledore nodded solemnly. "It is not an easy decision, but it is necessary. We will guide Siddarth, ensure he grows strong, but always with the understanding that he is a friend and protector to Harry and Nyla, not the savior himself."
Snape nodded slowly, understanding the strategic necessity, though not without a pang of regret. "Very well, Headmaster. I will do what is required."
McGonagall's eyes glistened with unshed tears. "I still believe it is wrong, but I will follow your lead, Albus. I pray we are making the right choice."
Dumbledore's voice softened. "I know this is difficult, Minerva. But we must have faith that we are guiding these children to the future they are meant to fulfill. We will do our best to protect Siddarth and help him grow, even within these constraints."
As they left Dumbledore's office, McGonagall lingered for a moment, looking back at the Headmaster. "For the sake of the light, Albus. I hope you're right."
Dumbledore nodded, the weight of his decisions pressing heavily on his shoulders. "For the sake of the light, Minerva. We can only hope."
And so, the plan was set into motion, with Siddarth unknowingly destined to play a pivotal yet carefully controlled role in the coming battle between light and darkness
