chapter 2- A musical echo and the rise of the junk yard

PREVIOUSLY ON Hero Time

I hear the gates start to open and see everyone frozen "come on people, in hero work you don't get a chance to think so neither do you here" i hear present mic say over the speaker

"later midoriya" I say before running in to the gates and seeing what awaits...

3rd person POV

*BOOM* A robot swings at y/n who dodges out of the way before having to dodge again because of multiple robot coming for him, some swinging, some blasting rubber bullets, and some just being annoying like greg the robot. 

"hi readers, I'm greg do you have games on your phone? would you like some pineapple pizza? i don't have it so you have to pay for it" greg says while turning its robotic head to the readers before getting bitch slapped by the author for breaking the fourth wall.

"shut up greg before i make you into a dildo for men" i say as greg somehow pales before focusing on y/n "sorry about that guys, greg is stupid sometimes" i say before looking at the script "now where were we... oh yeah" 

y/n dodges out of the way while activating his omnitrix, but he then deactivates it not wanting to risk the time limit with there still bring 15 minutes left. he instead grabs a trash can lid.

"bring it on you robo-bitches" y/n says before slamming the trach can lid against a robot. it dose nothing as the robot just looks at him with glowing eyes "um i meant bitches in a good way... please don't kill me." he says before running for his life as 10 robots chase him. he hides behind a dumpster staying quiet, then he feels a hand on his shoulder. "ahhh" he shrieks while jumping before seeing something scarier then a killer robot.... a woman.

"dude can you not yell so loud" the purple haired girl says while rubbing her ear phone jack? "seriously that was like right in my ear" she says while looking at him "also those robots your hiding from are gone" 

"i wasnt hiding. i was um... making a plan" y/n says while blushing a but as she gives him a deadpan stare.

"oh and tell me what was this amazing "plan" called, hide from the scary monster?" she mocks him with a small playful smirk. 

y/n looks at her and laughs at her harmless teasing "fine you got me" he says dramatically putting his hands up. "so I'm not complaining but what are you doing here?"

"giving my ears a rest" she says while rubbing her ear, she notices him go quiet as he stares at her with small stars in his eyes "what?" she asks semi-expecting for him to insult her ears of make a comment about them 'damn assholes from before' she thinks sourly to herself

"you have headphone jacks on your ears? that's awesome" y/n says excitedly making her blush softly caught off guard by his gushing.

"i-it's nothing much" she tries to downplay herself before hearing a robot coming at them. she feels y/n pull her close to dodge it. acting on instinct she jams her jacks into it stopping it.

"sorry about that" y/n says letting her go "listen i would love to talk more and hear more about your quirk, but i got to go get me some points, so I'll see you around" y/n says while leaving her there. what he doesn't notice is her blush softly and put her hand on her side where he had touched. she shakes her head and goes out to get more points as well.

He checks the time and sees that there's ten minutes left in the exam, he activates the watch before taking a breath and pressing the faceplate back in.

Y/n's body begins to change growing shorter and he now stands at a max height of 4 feet tall, his feet change and his body starts to grow fur, he sprouts a tail and grows 2 more eyes on his forehead, sharper thick quills form out of his skin. for anyone who saw him the transformation was instantaneous and covered by a green flash of light.
