"So, how do you know Katsuki?" Kirishima asked with a bright smile that Izuku found, amusing.

The boy himself was a teenager and had the mind to sleep with any man who peaked his fancy as well as take drugs like they were candy.

He was friends with other teenagers but those he was close with dealt with issues such as poverty, abuse, assault, depression and etc.

As he looked at the boy in front of him, smiling and speaking so loosely, Izuku realized that along with his youth, this boy was unlike Izuku, as he also held his innocence.

Izuku may have only been a year older and yet he could hear, see, and basically fuckin taste the difference between himself and Kirishima.

One of them was growing up. And one of them running in place, trying to peak their head high enough to see the finish line.

Izuku couldn't wait to grow up, because in his mind he already was.

In his mind, he wasn't Kirishimas equal. In his mind he should have been sitting in the passenger seat, in the front, right next to Katsuki.

"Work." Izuku smiled, answering the other boys question. "Right, Katsuki?"

The blonde glared into Izuku's cocky gaze though the mirror as he gripped the steering wheel.

"Oh, he works with you guys?" Kirishima asked and Katsuki sucked his teeth as Izuku grinned.

The greenete smiled as he and the red head waited for the man's answer.

Kirishima was oblivious to the psychological war fair that was thinking the tension in the car, as he sat quietly and expectantly.

"Yeah." Katsuki finally responded. "Yeah, he works at the shop."

-

"Is that your car? Was that Bakugo?" Uraraka frowned as she watched Izuku walk up the steps to her house at three am after being dropped off by the street.

"Yeah." Izuku smiled as he looked up at the girl. "I've got a job."

The brunette wanted to ask more questions or be more suspicious, but looking at how happy the boy was, she figured she would just let him have that moment.

At least until they woke up.

They each went inside, already finding Himiko gone.

Izuku frowned as he looked to his vest friend.

"...she left about an hour ago." Uraraka told him and they both grew silent and uncomfortable.

They were both now aware of where she lives and who she lived with. Neither of them were content with that knowledge.

And so in a sad silence, they each climbed into the girls bed, turning off the lamp and closing their eyes.

-

With the light of morning pooling through the shades of Urarakas room, Izuku was denied a peaceful wake up call.

"Izuku James Aizawa! Get out here, right fucking now!"

The boy jumped up from the bed, finding Uraraka nowhere to be seen and all he was genuinely aware of was that he wasn't in his bedroom and their was someone screaming his name down stairs.

The boy through a shirt on and ran out of the room, holding onto the railing as he tried to not fall even while going as fast as he could down stairs.

"Dad!?" He shouted when he saw his father in the door way.

"Izuku! Get your ass in the car, right fuckin now! Do you know how long I've been looking for you!?" The man shouted and Izuku turned red in embarrassment as he realized that Urarakas entire family, including her were woken up as well and watching this.

"Dad, can we please just talk outside. It's like Nine am." The boy begged and Shota huffed but agreed.

And so the two of them stepped out of the house, shutting the door behind them.

Shota tried to take deep breaths, not wanting to cause a scene outside.

"Dad, I was just at Urarakas house. It shouldn't have been that hard to find me." He told the man and Shota groaned.

"Well I'm sorry if my detective skills were a little fuckin off, but I didn't know where my damn son was!" The man shouted and Izuku flinched.

That seemed to catch the man's eyes and he halted his movements.

"I'm sorry." Shota told the boy and Izuku nodded, still standing away from him.

"I'm not going home." The greenete told the man and Shota grinded his teeth but stayed calm.

"Zee, you have to come home. Your 16, your not going to live by yourself or start couch surfing." Shota told him and Izuku looked away.

"I actually got a job. I'm paying rent and living with Ura." He told his father and the words seemed to hurt Aizawa a bit.

"You got a job? Where? Youve been gone for less than 24 hours." He said in disbelief and Izuku sighed before he answered.

"At the Bakugous machanic shop." He said and Shota barked out a laugh.

"Oh, I'm gonna kill that son of a bitch. The same mother fucker who tried to have sex with you hired you!?" Shota shouted and Izuku's face twisted up on disgust.

"What? No, that was Denki. Katsuki hired me dad. And just so you know, he's been there for me a hell of a lot more than you have the past few days." Izuku said harshly and the man looked down.

"Look, Zee. I'm sorry I was yelling so much yesterday, I was just upset-"

"No, fuck that dad." Izuku told the man. "You were passed out drunk for almost two whole days. You were asleep when I left. You were asleep when I was at that crack house, and you were asleep when I got back." Izuku's chest heaved.

"You know who wasn't asleep? Katsuki. He's the one who got me the fuck out of there." Izuku rolled his eyes and Shota had to stop himself from yelling again.

"Izuku, what were you doing there? What was Katsuki doing there?" The man asked and the boy laughed bitterly.

"Oh my fucking God, your still worried about me doing drugs? Seriously? Dad, he tried to rape me!"

The air between them grew heavy and tight as the silence weighed down on them.

Shota had tears forming in his eyes as he processed what his son had just told him.

Someone hurt his son.

"...Who?" The man asked as his body trembled and his fist formed at his sided, tears going down his cheeks. "Who!?" He shouted.

Izuku flinched as he backed up again.

"Touya Todoroki." Izuku told him.
