“Orion?” Jhanvi’s voice arises.

“Yes.” I nodded.

“But it’s a name of stars, right? A psycho Stalker and his name is the name of stars. Wow!” Moksh exclaimed.

“There is something behind the name Orion.” I voiced out.

“What’s that?” Rhea asked me.

“According to Greek mythology, Orion is a giant and very handsome hunter who was killed by Zeus and placed among the stars,” I said.

“Oh, you researched about it already?” Jay mocked.

“No. I know it before that stalker made his presence in my life.” I replied.

“So, you’re going to say that, another meaning of the name Orion is hunter?” Rhea asked and I nodded.

“And his prey is you.” Jhanvi sounded out.

“Jhanvi, you’re a criminologist, right? Say me one thing, will I ever get rid of him? And from the things I have told, what do you think about him?” I asked her.

“Miki, the things you've told me about this man, paint a terrifying picture. It's clear he possesses the classic hallmarks of a psychopathic stalker. His obsession with you is chillingly obvious. He openly declares his desire for you, then escalates to violence, cutting the hand of someone who dared to touch you. He then issues a chilling threat, vowing to kill Abhik if you accept his proposal. He even goes so far as to orchestrate an accident to prevent someone from meeting with you. These actions scream of a twisted mind, devoid of empathy and driven by a need for control. The question is not whether he's obsessed, but rather, how long this obsession will last. Two years of relentless stalking is a terrifying testament to the depth of his fixation. While there's no guarantee that this will continue forever, the very fact that it's persisted for so long suggests a dangerous, potentially enduring obsession. You're in a perilous situation, Miki.”

Jhanvi's words hung in the air, heavy with a chilling certainty. 'Psychopath' was a word that sent shivers down my spine, and the reality of the situation was slowly suffocating me. My stalker’s obsession was undeniable – the threats, the violence, the constant, suffocating presence – it all pointed to a man who had lost his grip on reality.

Two years of this relentless stalking had taken its toll, but Jhanvi's observation that his obsession might be a permanent fixture filled me with a cold dread. The prospect of a lifetime trapped in his web of terror was terrifying. My heart pounded against my ribs, a drumbeat of panic.

“Should I file a complaint?” I asked, my voice trembling. Jhanvi, however, seemed hesitant. “I think we should wait,” she said, her gaze flitting towards Jay.

“We can't do anything that might make him furious. He's dangerous, unpredictable, and could put you in terrible danger.” The thought of triggering my stalker’s rage was enough to make my blood run cold.

“Jay's lucky,” she added, “He's lucky that your stalker hasn't done anything to him yet.”

“Yeah, I guess,” Jay mumbled, a ghost of a smile playing on his lips.
