So I binged earlier today... 2 bowls of cheerios and 4 bagels with butter on them. I'm very ashamed of myself but I'm gonna just eat healthy for the rest of the day. For lunch I'll be having a salad and dinner whatever my mom makes. My plan is to have a smoothie for breakfast, salad for lunch, and 1 serving of whatever is for dinner.
