late night shifts

Second night:.

Tim- your driving tonight
Lucy- Why?
Tim- cus I said so
Lucy- chill out

They got in the shop and lucy drove off into the streets

Tim- So, how are you
Lucy- Tim, I told you why you wasn't ok yesterday....U BROKE MY HEART FOR NO REASON.

She tried holding back the tears but they released

Tim- Luce *strokes her arm*
Lucy- *sniffles * no

She moves her arm and wipes her eyes

Dispatch- 7-A-19 shots fired at ******. Requesting additional units

A lot of units turned up and they were all shooting. When they thought they got em all one shot Lucy in her abdomen

Tim- LUCY

She fell but he caught her and layed her gently. He put pressure onto her wound, and an RA turned up.

Lucy- D-don't worry Tim. *weakly smiles* I'm just an old boot
Tim- *weakly smiles* I love you Lucy

He kisses her head and then moved out the way so the paramedics could get her on a gurney. He go in the ambulance with her and when they got to the hospital she was rushed in for surgery.

After 5 hours.

Doctor- Tim Bradford?
Tim- Here

He walks over to the doctor

Doctor- Down on Lucys information it says your her emergency contact and your down as 'Spouse' so are you aware?
Tim- *lies* yea, fully aware.
Doctor- great she's in room 367 on b wing.
Tim- great. Thanks

He rushes to her room and goes in closing the door behind

Lucy- Hi
Tim- *smiles* hey. How you feeling
Lucy- like I got shot
Tim- *chuckles* maybe cus you did
Lucy- *chuckles * tim?
Tim- Yeah?
Lucy- Do you really love me?
Tim- I. Uh.
Lucy- You said before I got put in on a gurney
Tim- I- I do yes. I love you Lucy
Lucy- *grins* I love you too

They ended the day by cuddling in the hospital bed. And was sent home the next morning

The end. Sorry it was a really short story I'm just not in the mood for writing as I'm still greiving.
