"So you going to live on campus or stay with your grandma?" Jayceon asked K'Mari as they sat in Baskin Robbins. She ate some of her strawberry ice cream and looked at him.

"To be honest, I don't know, but I think we have to live on campus for the first two years," K'Mari said enjoying her ice cream. It is at the end of July and she starts school in less than a week. She was actually happy to start college but she wasn't ready to leave her grandmother or Jayceon. She wanted to be close her grandma was getting sick and she didn't want to leave her by herself. If only she could go to school online.

"No Mari I can't live without you, I need you at home, not an hour away," Jayceon said faking crying. He wiped his imaginary tears and K'Mari looked at him. Jayceon was childish at time but he was K'Mari brother. Been there for her when no one else was. She loved him just like he came out her mother vagina.

"Could you please not do that here and you know what I want to do so I have to do what I have to do," K'Mari said looking at him. Jayceon sighs and looked at her. He knew she was right. He wanted his Lil sister to be the best she could be. He wasn't about to stop her from accomplishing her dreams. He just didn't want to lose her.

"I know K'Mari I'm just playing I'll take that drive to come see you, come on let's go, guess I can take you shopping," Jayceon said getting up. They threw their trash away and walked out of the place and to Jayceon car. They got in he started it and pulled off.

"So what happen between you and Marissa, I kind of liked her," K'Mari said turning on Jayceon air. He looked at her then back at the road. Marissa was his girl but not anymore. He can't never stay in a relationship.

"I don't know one minute we were straight the next she was like you ain't nothing but a dog, I don't even know what I did to make her stop talking to me, she just moved all her stuff out my place and blocked my number so I said fuck it, it's plenty of fish in the sea," Jayceon said shrugging his shoulders. K'Mari laughed and shook her head. He wasn't an ugly dude. He could get another female if he wanted one. He was just going chill, for now, he was tired of missing with some crazy ass broad.

"Really Jay, what did you do?" K'Mari asked looking at him. He sucked his teeth and mugged her. K'Mari folded her arms and looked at him waiting for him to say something stupid.

"Why I gotta be the bad guy?" He asked as he pulled up at the mall. K'Mari gave him that nigga please look. He parked the car and looked at her and put his hands up.

"Alright I cheated on her ass, I let one of them house from the trap give me head, she found the texts on my phone and ended it." He said as they got out the car. K'Mari looked at him and shook her head. She knew it was somethings. She knew Jay and he couldn't be faithful if someone paid him a million dollars.

"You are a nothing ass nigga, she was so sweet and about her business, you let a good one go," K'Mari said as they walked to the entrance door. They walked in and Jayceon dragged K'Mari to foot locker first. "I don't want no sneakers," K'Mari said to him. He looked at her.

"Girl I'm getting me some shoes fuck what you want, here take this and go somewhere else I'll call you when I'm ready." He said pulling out some money in a clip. He handed it to K'Mari and walked off before she handed it back to him. She walked out of foot locker and looked around. Guess I'll go to the Nike outlet. K'Mari thought to herself. She started walking towards the outlet and then she saw that face. Those dreads. She could feel her feet taking her the way but she stopped and turned around. She started walking the opposite direction but bump into someone.
