i don't regret taking in that stray cat we found. i remember you stopping, worrying me when you pulled your hand away, only to see you petting the cat with such care. our child, megatron, already misses you.

the sun was setting, casting a golden hue over the city streets as the couple walked side by side, chatting and enjoying the cool evening air. they had just left a small cafe, and the mood was light and carefree.

suddenly, (Name) stopped in her tracks, causing Rin to almost bump into her. he glanced at her, a bit puzzled, and saw her gaze fixed on something a few feet away.

he followed her line of sight and spotted a small, scruffy stray cat sitting on the sidewalk, looking up with wide, curious eyes.

without saying a word, she gently pulled her hand away from him and knelt down beside the cat. her face softened with a look of concern and affection as she reached out to pet the feline.

Rin watched, his heart warming at the sight of her interacting with the stray. unable to resist, he took out his phone and snapped a quick picture of his lover with the cat, capturing the tender moment.

her smile was radiant, full of the kind of genuine joy that always made his heart skip a beat.

as she gently stroked the cat's fur, she sighed. "this poor thing has no home, and i can't take it with me. my mom is allergic to cats."

Rin saw the sadness in her eyes and felt a pang of empathy. he didn't like seeing her upset, especially over something she cared about so deeply.

taking a deep breath, he stated, "if you can't take it home, i will. i'll take care of it."

(Name) looked up at him, her eyes widening with surprise and joy. "really? you'd do that?"

he nodded, smiling at the way her face lit up. "yeah. let's give this little guy a home."

she beamed at him, her happiness palpable. "thank you, Rinnie. you're the best."

as they walked away with the stray cat, she suddenly wrapped her arms around Rin and kissed him on the lips.

the kiss was soft and filled with warmth, and he felt his heart race. when she finally pulled away, Rin couldn't hide the broad, contented smile that spread across his face.

"it's our child now!" she declared with a playful glint in her eyes.

he couldn't hide his happiness. the joy of seeing her so content, the way her eyes sparkled, and the affection she had shown made everything feel worth it.

at that moment, nothing else mattered to him but her happiness.

he would always do everything for her.

he would always do everything for her
