*Lily Lilium's Point of View*

It was a beautiful spring morning. I was spending some time in Euclid to atone for my sins during the Revolution. I walked alone along the beach, lost in my own thoughts. The tide had only recently just gone out.
My bandeau flew in the wind. Honestly, it was mildly annoying.
Two months after the Revolution, after my arrest, I approached Miss Claire and Rei on the grounds of one last favour for me. That favour was temporarily taking in two cursed children from the cathedral. I recently found out, after Rei and Miss Claire had gotten married (damn it), that they had adopted the girls, and named them May and Aleah.

As much as I may have wanted to, I couldn't crush my feelings for Rei.
Her cute smile, her strong personality, the way she can put words together in ways I never could, and stand up to authority without a care in the world! My sinful side desired to see all of her. To be with her. To be her lover. But she was a married woman. I still have a chance right?
I could be her mistress. Surely that would work right?
I began to imagine more and more intimate situations between me and Rei. Rei would always be the top if you must know.
This was why I was on a voyage of repentance.
My love for Rei was far too sinful. I didn't want it to consume me. I needed to know that if Rei didn't want me, that at most I could still be one of the people closest to her.

As I walked, I spotted several wooden planks, covered in seaweed. I approached it curiously, retrieving my wand from my pocket.
I sensed no magical energy emanating from the planks, but there was no doubt this was what remained of the missing ship.
I felt a sinking feeling in my stomach. I looked out at the sea, seeing the lapping, shimmering waves. It was perfectly clear, and there were no boats in view.
I had heard that the government was quick to respond to the situation by closing the waters around Euclid as well as sending out a battleship full of powerful soldiers.
None of us knew it yet, but none of those soldiers would ever come home.

I walked with grace to Rei's family home. I knew she was in Euclid, but I had actually been intentionally avoiding her.
If I saw her... I don't think I could resist kissing her sweet supple lips. I was curious to know how they tasted...
Those thoughts aside, I approached the front door, gently knocking.
I made myself inside.
Truth be told, I was actually on good terms with Rei's parents, and I had actually stayed in Rei's room for a few days. Did you know her natural scent is addicting?
Those were the best nights of sleep I've ever had. It was as if Rei was really there with me.

"Oh, hello Miss Lily," Mel greeted with a smile, though she looked rather upset.
"Hello, Mrs Taylor."
"How was your walk? Have you been able to clear your mind?"
I shook my head.
"My thoughts are as sinful as ever."
Mel continued to smile, but for a second, I saw her waver. I was smart enough to notice that she didn't seem 'present'.
As if something was just eating away at her. I decided to indulge my curiosity.
"You look sad." I said.
Mel looked at me with surprise.
"W-what makes you say that?" She asked.
"Did something happen?"
She sighed as she looked around the room.
"Just my sinful self... I think Miss Claire hates me."

Why would Miss Claire hate her? Did she do something to Rei?
Though she mentioned her 'sinful self'. I was aware of Mel's... bad habit, as I happened to be an unfortunate victim of it. Perhaps she did something that upset Claire in that regard?
For a brief moment I imagined Mel pinning me to a wall.
Focus Lily!
"What makes you say that?" I asked, putting my hands behind my back.
Mel sighed.
"My impulses got the better of me."
I nodded, and gently put a hand on her back.
"I'm sure she doesn't hate you..."
"How can you be sure?" She asked.
"I know Miss Claire pretty well."

Van suddenly burst through the front door, his face was full of fear. He panted heavily, sweat dripping down his forehead.
"Miss Lily, Mel, we need to get out of here!"
"Darling catch your breath first, what's the matter?" Mel asked.
"We have no time!" Van answered, grabbing our hands and dragging us out of the house.
It was then that I saw it.
