Free for the first time

I'm getting ready while Selin is looking for an outfit for me. I'm kind of nervous, I've never really gone out to dinner alone with a boy. And he's not just any normal boy, he's a footballer.

"Bro, I've called you three times already, is this outfit good?" she showed me a dress that is over, I mean, I'm only going out to eat.

"I don't want to be overdressed Selin"

After a while and so much stress we found the perfect outfit

My phone vibrated, it was Kenan, he was waiting outside for me. I quickly put my perfume on, said goodbye to Selin and went out. He was standing in front of his car, nicely dressed. Jeans and a white shirt. His hair looked good as always. I went to him

"You look beautiful " he said to me while looking me up and down. I smiled at him

" I know "

"Confident,I like it"

He opened the car door for me and then he went in too. The car ride was not like the last one, we talked and he told me a few funny moments.

"I wanted to go to my trainer but I tripped and fell in front of him. I just wanted to bury myself in that moment.

"Omg how embarrassing, can't you walk normally hahaha"

"Now you're making fun of me" he said and laughed

it was very funny with him after a 20 minute ride we arrived, I wanted to open the door but kenan stopped me .

"Nuh huh,it's my job

He got out and opened my door.

"thanks but I could do it alone"

I know you can do it but that doesn't mean you have to do it.

I hit him on the shoulder, the guy is really something else. He managed to make me laugh

We went into the restaurant, Kenan had already reserved a table for us. He went ahead and pushed my chair and I sat down. He went to his chair and sat down too. I looked at the menu and couldn't believe my eyes, the prices are too expensive. "Kenan, the prices are far too expensive"

"asel, pick out whatever you want, I'll pay , Don't worry about these prices " I wanted to say something,but Kenan called the waiter

"what can I do for you "

"I would like to have a pasta"

"Would you also like a glass of wine with that?"

"No thanks

"and for the gentlemen "

"I want to have the same oder as her " he looked at me, somehow it made me nervous. the way he always looks at me somehow always makes me nervous

"what do you want to be in the future asel?"

"a doctor "

"and why "

"I like helping other people. Even when I was a child, I helped other people. I loved playing doctor games. I always played with my mom. She pretended she was sick and I was always the doctor." I had to smile when I thought about that time.

he smiled "that's sweet, it's exhausting with the university, I mean you don't have any time for yourself when you have to study so much"

"You're right, I don't have much free time, but it's worth it, I want to do it"

"I believe in you" his words surprised me, no one has ever really said it to me before. Not even my own father

Our food arrived, we told each other all sorts of things. It was never boring with him .

"I always knew that I would be a footballer, my father and I played football together every day after school and he taught me a lot. I have a soccer game next week. If you feel like it, you can come with your friend.

"I have to see if I can manage to come, you know with my university and so on " he was understanding " Sure just let me know so I can get you a ticket "

After our meal we went to his car. It was already dark. We drove through the city and listened to loud music with the windows open. We sang our souls out. I don't know why but I felt comfortable with him.

I closed my eyes and felt the beautiful summer air coming through my hair and face.

"you know asel, I have never felt so comfortable with a person as quickly as with you" . I looked at him and just smiled, I don't know what I should say. it was really a nice compliment.

The rest of the trip was spent driving around the whole city and singing our favorite songs. Then he drove me home.

he got out with me. "Thank you for the nice day, it was really fun" I said

"it was really fun we have to do it more often you know as friends "

" and don't forget to let me know if you can come to the game next week"

"Yeah, have a safe ride"
