Drake woke up, he was no longer in his regressed mindset.

He realized he was alone in Josh's bed and it was the next morning.

He began remembering the events of last night and felt his face turn to a slight shade of pink, feeling embarrassed.

Not only that, but Drake had a pacifier in his mouth!

How'd he not realize this until moments after he woke up?

Drake immediately spit it out.

'I can't believe I let myself act like that in front of our friends!' Drake thought, internally scolding himself.

He also remembered the... accident he had last night and was even more mortified that Josh and Mindy saw.

Drake actually used to have problems with that, but it went away before he entered high school.

It actually wasn't until the night before that, when his little problem resurfaced, the night he went to Josh to sleep with him, he actually had another accident but was able to hide the evidence, and went to go sleep with Josh for comfort, still not wanting him or anyone else to know.

He put his fist into the bed. "How could I let this happen?" He grumbled. "I'm twenty two years old, dammit."

Drake sat there, an embarrassed blush across his face, sitting up in Josh's bed.

Suddenly he heard Josh and Mindy's voices and he realized he kind of had to go downstairs, as much as he just wanted to hide.

He got out of bed and went downstairs to the kitchen.

When Drake went to the kitchen, he saw Josh and Mindy shifting their gazes towards Drake.

Drake was feeling awkward already.

Josh smiled before he spoke. "Good morning, Drake. How are you feeling?"

Drake rubbed the back of his neck, nervously, before getting out. "Uhh, I'm... uhh... I'm okay."

Mindy raised an eyebrow. "You sure? You don't seem fine."

Drake stared at the ground, not able to bring himself to say anything else.

Josh then asked. "Drake, is this cause of last night? You know that's okay, right?"

Drake looked at Josh and just shook his head.

"No no, Drake. It really is." Josh reassured. "Eric told me about this, actually." He proceeded to explain.

Drake raised an eyebrow. "What? What do you mean?"

Josh went up to the dining table that was nearby and pulled a chair for Drake to sit in.

"Why don't you just take a seat first?" Josh offered.

Drake's heart sank.

Nobody says "just take a seat" for anything good.

Was there something wrong with himself? Was Josh angry at him for what he did? Was he getting kicked out? Disowned?

All these thoughts and more raced through Drake's head.

He kept a straight face on front though, to play it cool.

He sat down, waiting for Josh to start talking.

"So, I talked to Eric last night at the party." He began. "He explained your behavior, or what he thought it was, but to be honest, I'm pretty sure he's right, either way you could benefit."

Drake just looked at his step brother, puzzled.

Josh took a breath before continuing. "So, he began explaining the concept of age regression and little space to me. Do you know what any of that means, Drake?"

Drake shook his head.

Josh then took some time to explain age regression, and how he could benefit from it, and how him and even Mindy could be his caregivers.

Drake was a bit taken a back by this.

But he still listened to what Josh had to say.

Mindy joined into the conversation. "Also, about last night." She began. "Does that... happen often? You know."

Drake knew she was referring to the accident he had last night. He just didn't know what to say. He just stared down at the table, ashamed.

Mindy then began to reassure Drake. "No no no. It's nothing to be ashamed of, we're just trying to figure out how to help."

Drake cleared his throat before speaking, he didn't want to actually admit the truth, so he lied. "That was just a one time thing, okay? No need to get all crazy." He grumbled.

"Well alright." Josh said, in a somewhat defensive tone. "Well, we're just trying to say, we think you're an age regressor, and either way it seems like a good coping mechanism for you, especially since you have childhood trauma."

Drake became defensive, slightly raising his voice. "No, why would you possibly think that?"

Josh just gave him a blank look. "Gee, I dunno. Maybe how you so easily seemed to be regressed last night." He said sarcastically.

Drake pursed his lips, unsure of what else to say, because Josh was right, in fact, he'd be lying if he said it wasn't soothing to be in that younger head space.

Mindy noticed Drake's expression. "Drake?"

"You're right." He mumbled.

Josh wasn't sure he heard what he thought he heard. "Huh?"

Drake grumbled before raising his tone. "I said you're right!"

Josh smiled, now that he finally got through to him, Drake sure could be stubborn sometimes.

"Can you?" Drake asked.

Josh was confused. "Can I what?"

He hesitated. "Be my... caregivers... like you said..."

Both Josh and Mindy smiled.

Mindy spoke first. "Of course! It's the least we could do to help."

Josh nodded. "Yeah, we'll look after you, me mostly though, since we do live together of course." He chuckled.

"And guys." Drake began. "You guys talked about "little gear" like paci's and- and.. sippy cups and stuff. And toys and all that-"

Josh already knew where this was going. "Yes, we'll buy you little stuff." He chuckled once again.

Drake smiled. "Thanks!"

The couple smiled, because now Drake was happy.

"No problem, Drake." Mindy said.
