During lunch, i found myself sitting with Yann under a large tree in campus. Nagsusulat siya that time over some notes, it was funny on how focused na focused s'ya sa ginagawa n'ya.
"Hey, have you thought of taking a break?" I teased while nudging his elbow.
He looked down, a sarcastic smile tugging at his lips. "And miss out on the chance to ace this project? No thanks."
"Okay, Mr. Perfectionist," i said philosophically. Edi ikaw na perfect! "How about we grab coffee later? I know a great place nearby." I said, taking the chance to slightly get to know him more.
Yann's eyes lit up. "Sounds good, i could have a break." I wanted to spend some time with Adrian, i wanted to get to know him more. Honestly, his smile is pretty cute, just like him.
From a distance, kitang-kita ko si Eva and Prince, naka tingin samin ni Yann habang nag smile ako kay Yann, nung nag focus na uli s'ya sa kanyang pag susulat, i rolled my eyes at Eva and Prince. Me and Yann are just friends, nothing more to say.
I chatted sa gc naming tatlo, my pissed off energy was obvious.

I looked at them after i responded that, sabay irap sakanila, apaka epal kasi, eh! Sarap nilang itulak sa kanal, chariz.
"Uh, Yann?," I said, medyo nerbyoso pa nga dahil baka magalit na isasama ko pa friends ko, huhu.
"Hm?" He responded, Ang chill lang n'ya, is it just me or talagang nakaka-kilig talaga boses n'ya? Shake it off, Adrian, my God. 🫠
"Uhm, Can my friends come with us to the café? They were gonna go, too." I said na sobrang nerbyoso. Bat ba ako kinakabahan? 😭
"Yeah, sure why not?" He said with a smile, Ang pogi n'ya, wtf? Tama na pag tingin mo, Yann. Matutunaw na ako dito.
Napa-ngiti din ako sa smile n'ya, apaka pogi kasi! I shook my head continuously, trying to hide my blushing face. I smirked, raising an eyebrow as Adrian continuously shook his head. cute, Haha.
Eva and Prince's POV
"Teh? T-teka, tignan mo si Adrian and Yannick!! Oh. My. Gosh?!" Eva said, her eyes widening.
"H-huh?," Prince said while phoning, sabay napatingin sa direction nila Yann.
"Uhm, oh my gosh?? Bat may slight na pamumula kay Adrian?? Wtf!?" Sabi ni Prince sa pagkaka-gulat. Their excitement was obviously contagious.

Third Person POV
As they walked together papunta sa café, medyo halata naman na nag bubulungan parin si Prince and Eva habang nag lalakad sila, kahit kasama na kami ni Yann nag bubulungan parin sila, mga walang hiya! 😭. Ituloy ko na kaya pag tulak sakanila sa kanal? Sakto oh, may kanal sa gilid nila.
Adrian nudged Eva's elbow. "Hoy, jusko naman, kasama na kami ni Yann nagbubulungan parin kayo dyan? Gusto n'yo ng kutos?" Bulong ni Adrian kila Eva and Prince na may kasamang irap.
Adrian's POV
Medyo nakaka-asar sila, infairness. Sila na kinikilig para sakin eh. I'm still doubting my feelings, teka lang muna uy!
Habang nag uusap yung dalawa, may sariling mundo kami ni Yann, kaya siguro pinaguusapan kami nung dalawa.
"What do you consider to be your life's purpose?" I asked, genuinely curious.
"Hmm," Yann said while thinking. What if i answered that it's to be with you?
" I think, to achieve all of my life goals, to spend my life as much as i can" Yann answered thoughtfully. "Great answer." I said.
"I mean, why wouldn't i have great answers?" Yann responded teasingly.
"Oh okay, Mr. With great answers." I said while rolling my eyes at him.
Eva and Prince's POV
"Ang perfect ng match nila, infairness. Kitang-kita yung chemistry, eh!" Sabi ni Eva pabulong kay Prince.
"Omg, for real dear! Hayst, sanaol, Adrian!" Sagot ni Prince na may pagtawa.

Third person POV
Once they've arrived at the café, Prince and Eva found a table to sit on while Yann and Adrian ordered. Eva and Prince being themselves, nag chi-chikahan parin sila dun sa table about kay Yann and Adrian.
"Auwhh, look at our mother and father buying coffee and food for us" Prince said jokingly kay Adrian.
"Huy ano ba!, nag tatanong ako kung ano gusto n'yo, not those nonsense." Sabay irap.
"Charot lang eh. Isang latte nalang sakin." Sagot ni Prince.
"Same for me" Eva responded nung pagtingin ni Adrian sakanya.
Habang nasa table na sila with their coffee and food, nag tanong si Eva kay Adrian, not knowing that Yann could understand Tagalog.
"Adrian, sis! May slight feelings ka ba kay Yannick?" Tanong ni Eva while sipping on her latte.
"Gago, hindi pa ako sure, alam n'yo naman na sasabihin ko kapag sure na ako, diba?" Sagot ni Adrian habang napapatingin ng slight kay Yann na nasa tabi n'ya lang na nakatingin sa bintana.
Yann's POV
While we were walking to go to the café, i slightly heard Adrian, Eva and Prince's whispers, but i shook it off. When we arrived at the café, we sat at a table. I overheard Eva and Adrian's conversation, they were talking in Tagalog, not knowimg i understood them. I took a glance at them, was there a chance that Adrian liked me?
I look at Eva and my eyes flicked at Adrian. I stopped sipping my coffee and asked a question, acting like i didn't understand them. "What're you guys talking about?"
"N-nothing!, Eva was just asking on how our project was going." Adrian answered, looking slightly red. Such a cutie, Haha.
