( Note-... Once again... me resurrecting Ruvik.. doesn't make sense at all... ignore my madness and just go along with it... and I know that there are two chapters for The Consequence as well.. but well... things change it happens.... I don't know if I'm going to continue this once this is done... it is just Kidman's pov on things... the storyline for Ruvik and I remains the same...so this might be the last chapter.. I don't know yet )

  Sitting beside Joseph as he informs Sebastian of his, 'dark self' and such. I knew about this all too well, I have one as well. I prefer to not talk about it or mention it to people though. A loud piercing sound erupts through the air, holding my head with a groan. I watched Sebastian inject Joseph as he falls to the ground before he begins to levitate then goes crashing downwards, "Sebastian!" Rushing towards his location only for me to be teleported out of there, "Dammit, no." Looking around my surroundings, holding my head. Slipping around a corner, slamming into someone's chest. I looked up, "F-fuck." Backing up and away from him, "Can't be true." He said as he slowly approached me, studying my face. "Who are you? What are you talking about?" Backing away from him. I watched him stop, raising a brow, "They said you were dead, that they killed you." "I still have no idea what you are talking about..." A frown spreads across his lips. He appears before me, grasping my chin and leaning in close to my face, studying it. "Your name is Jasmine correct?" "Yes." "Do you not recognize me?" "No, I don't know who you are." 'If I don't know who this guy is, but he seems to know me. How come I can't shake this feeling inside of me, the feeling of being right. Was I right about Mobius, were they lying to me this entire time, claiming to know me, twisting the truth around...' My head is throbbing greatly as I dug my nails into my scalp. Pictures are flooding into my mind. "Back at my mansion, you lived with me there, I took care of you, I treated your wounds, I was the first person to ever claim your trust. I know everything about you. All your fears, hopes, desires, everything. I even know about your past and how you were abused by your parents." He pauses, looking up at the ceiling. Pain filled his eyes, "And I created that creature from your pain, damn it. Why didn't I realize it, why couldn't I recognize it was you?" Staring at him with wide eyes, " I guess I was right about Mobius. I knew deep down something wasn't right about all of this." "What was the last thing you remember before you woke up in the Mobius facility?" "Laying in a tub as they strapped me down and injected me with something? Everything is a little fuzzy in that area." He slips behind me and places his hand on my neck wound, "I'm removing this, hold still." Feeling the bandage slip away from my wound, "You seem to always have a head pain when I come near you. What do you remember from your past?" "My parents, I ran away from them and Mobius came across me and saved me. They took me in and took care of me, treating my wounds and such." "Wrong. That's not what happened. They must have used one of my own creations. Damn them. A certain type of liquid I developed that can alert a person's memories. They changed them to fit their needs. What really happened is that I took you in, helped you, saved you, and we became close, very close. You told me I was the first person to ever gain your trust." Staring at the ground, my eyes were massive. "my head hurts like hell right now, hell my entire body hurts like hell." " Good, that means its wearing off. And... I'll fix that, I'll heal your injuries." Turning around to face him, studying his eyes. Pain was present in them. " Help me remember then. Prove to me that what you say is true." "Very well, it'll take time but I will." Never taking my eyes off of him, "They told you I was dead?" "Yes. Right before they killed me, I asked where you were." "T-they killed you?" My eyes were massive, 'How the fuck am I seeing him in front of me then, unless he's some sort of ghost. That can't be right, what the fuck is going on?' "Come here." Holding out his arms. I tensed up, backing away, shaking my head. "I won't hurt you, come here." My eyes traveled up to meet his. Hesitating, but I give a mental nod and moved into his arms. Feeling his arms wrap around me, holding me tenderly. "I really have no idea what's going on or where I'm at. So much is happening when you go and show up making my head throb, I'm very overwhelmed right now." His fingers ran through my hair, "No harm will come to you here. I'll make sure of it." "Harm? Harm has already come over me, take a good look at me!" Shaking my head, calming myself down and sighing out softly, "Sorry. Where's Kidman?" "I'll handle it." Feeling his fingers brush over a tender area and massage it gently, "She's trying to track down Leslie, my way out of here." "How?" He goes to explain, using a lot of science words and such. I'm standing there, not having the slightest idea what he is talking about. "Not a word." He chuckles at that, "Don't worry about it then." "Nerd." Feeling his lips upon my head as a smirk was resting on his lips, he gently kissed my head, ' Did he just kiss my head? Wait, he said we were close. What does he mean by that?' "What are you thinking about?" "You said we were close. Does that mean you and I were umm.. lovers?" "No." "Did you want to be?" Nothing for the longest time as his arms tighten around my waist, "Yes.." I pulled back, staring into his eyes. "You honestly had feelings for me?" Shocked was present in tone and expression. "Deep feelings." My eyes softened before looking away from him, "You still do?" "Yes." I say nothing as I eyed the ground between us, "Help me remember." He pulls me back in, holding me head, his hand on my head as he kisses it again, "I will." "Do you think I had feelings for you?" "Yes." " I see, if you had feelings for me and you think I had feelings for you, why didn't you ask me?" "I hated what I felt for you. I tried to kill you multiple times, but I couldn't bring myself to do it. I just learned to accept the fact that I love you." I was silent again, those 3 words repeating in my mind over and over. "Mind taking me to Kidman? I need some time to think about all of this." He kisses my head again, " Of course."
Appearing before a double door, killing a creature, "She is on the other side about ready to come through. Remember, nothing here will harm you, but watch out for traps and such. I have no control over those, I'll be around, just call my name." Kissing my forehead, vanishing. Staring down at my feet as I took in everything that has happened in the past 10 or so minutes. The doors were pried open as Kidman slides through, "Oh my God. "Dropping her flashlight as it shattered, "Shit!" Eyeing it with a frown, " You scared the hell out of me. How did you get here? What's going on? Are you alright? Last time I saw you, you leaped on his back. I thought for sure he would have killed you." Staring at the woman as she rambles, "Sebastian and Joseph came and saved me in time. Do you know what Mobius did to me? Don't lie to me, I'm pretty damn good at reading people, I'll know if you are." She stares at me, slight fear in her eyes, "No, I saw them carry you inside as you fought against them. But other than that no." "I fought back?" "Yeah. You were unconscious before waking up and fighting against them. One of the Mobius agents shot you in the leg before they took you away.. I don't know what happened then." "I knew it. They were lying to be this entire time. Maybe he is right after all. Damn them. When I get out of here I'm going to raise some hell." "They'll kill you." "I don't care. I'll go down swinging." "Who is this 'He'?" Seeing Ruvik appear behind her in the distance shaking his head, "No one important. Where are you heading? Fill me in." Changing the topic quickly and it seems to have worked, "Well for starters, finding some light to help us out." Glancing around the area, "Ah chemical lights, better than nothing I guess. Here." Taking them and splitting them up between us, "There is a lot here, just don't waste them, throw them only when needed." Taking some and nodding, "Alright, lead the way."
Following after her, shining a chemical light, "Hmm, I love the darkness. I love the feeling it brings me, It's a beautiful feeling." Watching her slip up, "Whoa!" Wobbling as I take her arm and pulling her back, "Careful, I'll go down second, be careful once down." Seeing her nod, "Thanks." Slipping down the ladder gives me a nod as I slip down next, glancing around our surroundings, "Over here." Following after her as we crawl through an opening, getting a light ready, "Creature." Whispering out, pointing to the location watching it walk away from the area we need to go to, "Through the door it just walked past." Whispering out to her as we slip through the door, tossing a light as it lights the room up for us. "Down here." Looking in her direction as I give a nod, slipping down the stairs after her, "There must be a way to get the power back on." Following after her, "Whoa." Getting my ram caught by her as she pulls me back, "Saving each other I guess." Smirking at me as I smirk right back, "Though here, you hear that?" Nodding, looking around the best I can through the dark, tossing another light, "Oh dear." Slipping up next to Kidman as she flips a lever, Auxiliary power has been activated. Floor security is now rebooting. "Shit, let's get out of here."
Running out of that place, back the way we came. Slipping up to the door as I reach for the handle to open it, but it falls forwards, making a crashing sound, "Shit." Muttering to myself, standing on one side of the door as she is on the other side. I peak in, "Multiple creatures." Whispering out, crouching down and moving into the room behind a thing, watching her to do the same. I peak around the corner spotting the creature moving away from us. I creeped up behind it and tripped it, slamming my foot onto its skull crushing it. Turning around to do the other one but I see she did the same thing, giving me a nod, "Alright back up the ladder."
Slipping up, looking around the area, "Where do you suppose we are at?" "The entire place in general or just the location we are in right now?" "Both." "STEM. And I'm not sure." "Right, where to now?" "Just follow, you weren't here with me behind this door." Moving through it, "Oh by the way I got that last piece." Pulling it out and handing it to me, "Put it together and let's read what it says." Pulling the rest from my pocket and setting it down onto a table that is next to me, "If you need to rest, let me know." Looking at her as she was eyeing my injuries, "Can't afford to wait for me, but I'll let you know if I need it." Turning back to the letter and assembling it, reading it. " Who do you think wrote this letter?" "Ruvik." I tensed up at that name, " I see." "You know who he is?" "I've encountered him remember, the church." "Right. Come this way." Picking up the pieces as she lets the thing scan her hand, Systems were previously shut down incorrectly. Each terminal requires manual restoration. Please be patient. "Patience has never been my strong suit. This better not take forever." "This isn't the time to make me wait." Looking over at me, "Never been a patient person myself, let's get going."
Walking down a lot of stairs, coming across some light before a little flash appears before us. Although brilliant, Ruben was quite insane; a compromise of ethics on our part. He seemed motivated, obsessed with revenge against something never specified. We discovered what he was doing in secret... torturing; a penchant for traps. A serial killer masquerading around as a scientist. Looking down, stopping where I was. "Hearing all of this is making my head hurt. Why and how am I hearing this, he isn't even here. Whatever they did to me is wearing off. I think I know who this guy is, but I'm not sure." "Guess we have to wait and see. You alright?" I was about to answer her when a massive pain erupts throughout my head, "Ah fuck! What the hell's going on?!" Falling to my knees holding my head, "Jasmine!" Feeling her down by my side, holding onto me, "Talk to me." Groaning out at the pain, trying to take in the images that are flashing in my mind, "So many images are flooding my brain! Ah fuck it hurts! Ruvik!!" Shouting out his name as he appears beside me and kneels down. I felt Kidman move away quickly as I glanced over at her seeing her up against a wall eyeing us with wide eyes, frozen. Feeling his fingertips under my chin, turning my attention to him, "What's going on? Talk to me, what do you remember now?" Closing my eyes, groaning out as I let out shallow breaths, the pain slowly fading, "I remember your mansion. Me rushing onto your property, pissing you off due to it, you took me inside and helped me..." "Back when we first met. Good." Looking up at him as I see he was eyeing Kidman, hatred in his eyes as he stands up, "it'll fade Jasmine, breath and relax." Vanishing as Kidman slowly approached, "Alright! Start talking! What the hell's going on?! You know him!" Looking up at her, my eyes dull, "Apparently. I don't remember much." Slowly standing to my feet, holding my head, "Whatever Mobius did to me, forced me to forget about him." Looking at her, studying her eyes. She doesn't trust me now, that's plain as day. "Are you alright to keep moving?" Yep it's in her voice as well, "Yes, I'm fine. I know you don't trust me now, I get it. I would never hurt you Juli, you know that." Using her name to let her know I'm serious, "How do you know him? Why keep it from me? Never mind, I guess you couldn't have told me." "Hard to say how I know him, bits and pieces are still missing." "I trust you Jasmine, just don't keep anything from me." "I haven't. I'm just now starting to remember him thanks to those assholes." "Good, let's get going."
Moving a garbage thing out of the way as we walked through. She approaches a hand scanning thing and does it, Pathways are shut down until systems are rebooted. The door opens, Thank you for waiting. Walking through the door, looking around the place. Picking up a tape and clipboard thing again, reading what was on it, 'My God, seriously. Forcing people to be aware of what you are doing to them? Damn.' Once I was done reading, I turned, coming across ghost people again. One of them was a Ghost Ruvik and the other was a Ghost Boss, "This machine was designed for me. People like you .. you took my life away.. turned me into an abomination. Finally with this machine I can go back. I can live the life I was supposed to have." "We are forgiving. We are willing to overlook your certain 'peculiarities' for what you can provide us, but you are testing our limits. Out manpower, our resources are not here for your pathetic fantasy. You will reverse the calibration on the machine so we can use it without you." "And if I say no? You think Jimenez can fix this?" scoffing, "You need me and there's no way around it." Listening to them, a deep frown resting on my lips, "Ruvik, no, Ruben. This was where he was doing his research with us. We were just using him. And I doubt he's the first." I say nothing, only looking down at my feet, taking in everything I just saw and heard. I watched as the room turned all blood red like, "Jasmine, let's go." I watched her walk through as I looked down again, walking after her, "Did I really know this man?" "Apparently. How, is still my question?" "Mobius took my memories away from me. I'm starting... ah fuck." holding my head again as more images appeared, "I'm starting to remember. These head pains are helping me, even though they hurt like a bitch." Her hand was on my arm, steadying me, "What do you remember now?" "Jimenez, I remember that name. It must have triggered a memory. Umm. A beautiful memory honestly. He was playing the piano as I was sitting beside him, listening." "And?" "Then he showed up interrupting us.. that's all." She was studying my face, " You good to go?" Seeing me nod, "Let's get going, stay low." Moving down the hall, "I see the blades, don't worry. Wait.. what's the flashing of light?" Approaching the area and I peaked around, "Oh shit. Wait? Is it dead?" " I don't want to know, let's use its light to form a door so we can get out of here. Wait why would Mobius send you in here with me if they knew that Ruvik was in here? Unless you were never supposed to be here in the first place and this is all some sort of mistake." Eyeing her as she made a door using that things light. Slipping through it, "Probably was never meant to be here. They took his memory away for a reason, why send me in here, risking me encountering him and gaining my memories?" "It's strange." She slips through the door as the thing gets up, the light turns red which makes us slowly move, "Ah fuck, get out of the line of sight!"
Managing to do just that, turning a corner and rushing off, entering a room and instantly hiding behind a wall, crouched down. "I'll distract it, you get it open." Nodding at her, moving towards the scanning thing. I watched her stand up, gaining that things attention as I approached the hand scanning thing and placed my hand on it, allowing it to scan my hand, "Ah fuck!" The door opens, "Kidman! Run! Go go go!" Her eyes instantly widened as the door charged after her. i slipped a vent open, quickly crawling through it with her right behind me, barely in time, "I don't think it can fit inside of here. You alright?" "I should be saying that to you, you're the injured one here." Climbing out the other side as the light appears at the pipes, "Oh shit it's back. I got the hand scanning thing!" Slipping up to it as I tried gaining its attention, ' Oh shit, that's right. He said that nothing here will harm me.' "Behind you!" She ducks and tries getting away but her movement is slow. I quickly rushed up and kicked the thing, sending it to the wall, "It's not drawn to me for some reason!" Having to hide the reason why for the time being, "Then you do the hand scanning thing and I'll keep it distracted or whatnot." Seeing me nod as I slipped up to the thing and did the thing as the thing chased after Kidman, Please enjoy this music while waiting. "The fuck? I don't have time to wait." Looking over at Kidman as she was hiding with the thing right above her, "Hey!" Trying to get its attention as I moved quickly towards it and kicked it again, " Go, get to a different spot." Thank you for waiting, have a productive workday. Watching the elevator doors open as I looked at Kidman, "Run!" Rushing into the elevator as it closes shut, separating us from that thing, "My God that was annoying, thanks for the same as well. That thing is annoying and doesn't know how to fuck off. I found it strange that it wasn't going after you." Chuckling with a nod, "Indeed. I found it strange as well. It worked to our advantage I guess. You good?" The lights turn off before she could respond, that thing's foot fell through before it was retracted, "The fuck?" Light's turn back on, "Is it gone?" The doors open as we stepped out, "Pissing down blood apparently. Just perfect, alright let's get going. Time to shower in blood, it's the best feeling ever." Walking to the other side as the doors opened, "What the hell are these things?" She quickly wraps her hand over my mouth and moves to a safe area, crouching us both down, "Shh, they attract to any sound. No noise and crouch walk." Whispering to me as I give a nod as she uncovers my mouth, I give her another nod as she leads the way.
Moving under a thing, moving away from the exploding fucks, keeping low and quiet. Moving under another thing and opening up the door, we move through it quickly, entering another room. " Are we safe? Those things came charging at us at the end, did you make a sound or was it me?" "For the time being yes. I don't think either of us made a sound." Moving through a door and prying opening some doors, walking through them as more ghosts appear, " What have you done to Ruben? Show me!" "Keep your emotions out of this, Jimenez. He brought this upon himself. We gave him a chance." "Where is he!?" " If you really wish to know, he's in the next room. Come.. see.." Staring at the ghosts as they talked. I frowned looking down, "He told me that Mobius killed him." I felt eyes on me as I looked over, she was eyeing me. "Come, let's get going." Watching the creepy eyes move to the side as a symbol appears. A flashlight was on a table as she picked it up, shining it on the symbol as a hallway appeared. A door at the end. "Come on, let's get going."
Walking down the hall and moving through the door. I took a glance around finding a safe as I walked over to it and began solving it, "I really hate having to use my brain for stuff like this. This letter better be worth it." Managing to solve it as I took out the paper, turning and walking down the stairs. I watched Kidman shine her light in an area as the ghosts appear again, "This is despicable. What is this monstrosity?" " 'Despicable?' Coming from the man using his own patients to further his own research? The irony of this situation is amusing, but even you must realize what we can do with this." "This means.. STEM will run. We can continue the experiments.." "And your assistance is even more necessary than before..." The ghosts fade as I looked at the place where they had his brain at. My eyes held pure rage and intense hatred in them. My hands were balled up into tight fists, "This whole project... From the beginning it was about deceit." She turned towards me, "J-Jasmine?" Fists were tighter at my name being said as my face was still distorted with anger. My chest was rising and falling rapidly as I was trying so damn hard to calm myself down, "Did you know about this? Don't you dare fucking lie to me, I'll kill you." "N-no I didn't know about this. You have to believe me, I didn't know. They kept me in the dark with many things. I swear. You have to try and calm down. As much as you probably don't want to hear this, what is done is done. Nothing you can do to change what has happened. Please, don't do anything you will regret later on."
Looking down, gathering myself, taking in her words as I managed to calm myself down. I looked down at my shaking hands, "Once I get out of here, you best believe I'm going to go down fighting..." Watching her eyes travel down to the floor with an intense frown on her face. She turns and walks to the door, "I need a combination." I looked around and pointed to the board in the corner, walking to it, "There's some on the back as well." She shines the light on the back as all fade but 3, "3 shine on the back, now what about the front. What happens when you shine it on the front?" she shines it on the front as some vanish, "Alright so 3 in those places on the back. You got them memorized?" Seeing her nod, "Go do it." Taking in the places for the front as I walked over and inserted them into the thing as the door opens, "Done, let's go." "You alright? I know it's fucked up with what they did." I don't respond as I hold my head, groaning out, "What do you remember? A little strange it's just now happening." " The night when they took me. Ruvik told me to go to my room, I heard people enter the house and follow after him. Next thing I knew I was knocked out." "I wonder why they wanted you. Wait, maybe it's because you knew Ruvik and they wanted information out of you." With that said, Ruvik appears before her. She stumbles back, clearly startled. I watched him turn towards me, " I wouldn't tell anyone." I could tell he wanted to protest on that but stopped himself, "Unless you were hypnotized like I mentioned before." I looked down frowning, "I'm sorry." "It's not your fault." Growling to himself, "Damn them." He vanishes as I stay looking down frowning," It's not your fault like he said, it's theirs. Let's get going." Picking up a clipboard and tape again and reading, "Seems like he cared about Ruvik before his scientific bullshit clouded his mind." "I don't care about that man, if I come across him here, he's dead." Walking down the hall as the Boss's voice blares around us, "How am I hearing him when he isn't even here?" What you see here is one of the first STEM prototypes. It requires a physical connection from user to host, but Beacon houses a newer version with a wireless transmitter. All the user hears is a high-pitch tone and they are connected. We've gotten word, Jimenez is prepping for unauthorized usage. We would like the trail run to be on our terms, not his. "That sound in the patrol car must have been when Jimenez activated it. Joseph, Sebastian, Oscar and you, were all pulled in with me." "You weren't affected by it." "They did something to me so certain things don't affect me. Remember you were never supposed to enter STEM.. The STEM in Beacon, that's where it all started. There must be a way to get out of this world from there." "Alright, let's go then." We entered a room with STEM terminals around the center, walking over to some doors, prying them open. Kidman slides in first as she is grabbed. I groan out trying to pry over the doors, trying to ignore my injuries so I can pry them open. "Dammit, come on stop being a wimp, you got this Jasmine." Talking to myself, "Hang on Kidman, I'm coming." Managing to pry them open as my wounds bled more, soaking my shirt and dripping down. "Who was that?" She looks at me as she checks my wounds, a frown forming on her face. "No one important, trust me. Let's get going."
Crawling under a table, "It sounded like the Boss. If that is the case, then you're right, no one important." Seeing a smirk rise to her lips at the way I said that as we walked to a red tinted room, "Let's go down together, stay close." Giving a nod to her, "Alright I'll be right above you, just don't look up at my ass, it'll make me uncomfortable." She chuckled at that, " I wasn't planning on it." Watching her climb down with me climbing down right after her, moving down a very long freaking ladder, "Why is this son of a bitch so long. Man I shouldn't have word it that way." She shakes her head, "Don't make me laugh as I'm climbing." Chuckling at that, "Sorry, just focus."
Stepping down after her, moving towards the double doors at the end, "This.. this is the police department. Why are we here?" Pushing open the doors, "Let's go in and find out." Walking up the stairs and entering the offices area, "Feels like forever since we were here, even though we were just here." She chuckled softly, "Tell me about it." Walking towards the twin doors and entering it as ghosts appear once more, "Joseph and Sebastian?" "How's Lily doing?" "Great, everything's going fine. Just wish my wife would be home more to take care of her." "She barely took maternity leave, huh. One of Krimson's finest. I suppose. She's a great cop in her own right, but we can manage without her for a little longer." "You should hope she doesn't hear you say that or you'll be out on your ass, Joseph." The ghosts fade, "This... looks like it's way before I got here. Everyone's so much younger. But Sebastian's profile didn't say he was married, let alone a child..." I eyed her before looking down, "Let's go." Slipping out of the room, pushing open some doors as I looked around it spotting a safe, "Another safe, find a code for it. You have the flashlight after all." I watched her shine the light everywhere. "Alright here it is, go ahead." Walking over, peering through the glass, "Alright." Walking back to the safe and doing it. "Alright, let's get going." Placing the paper in my pocket.
Leaving through the exit before seeing more ghosts things appear, " Look, Seb we need to talk. Going off with your conspiracy theories.. you're getting out of control. You don't pull that in front of the Captain!" "I'm onto something, Joseph! I don't need you hiding shit from me, too!" "I'm not Sebastian, I'm trying to help. I want to help. But you need to think about this carefully. Your daughter.. it was a loss everyone on the force felt, but your wife is-" "Myra left, Joseph, she left! When we needed each other the most, Myra left me. What would make her do that? I have to know... I don't care what it costs..." The ghosts fade as I looked down frowning, "His daughter, then his wife... one right after the other. No wonder he always seemed so closed off." I slipped over to a missing photo, "Myra." Muttering out her name, "Pain makes people do that Kidman. Come, let's go." Leaving the room and walking down the hall again. I slipped through the door at the end coming across more ghosts, "How many of them are there. This one is about you." Muttering to her. " Juli Kidman? She barely has any experience and we don't even know anything about her. Send her out canvassing witnesses then; let her see the streets." "No! She's.. she's coming with us. I'm going to train her. She's my responsibility." "Look, I know you say it's personal, and I don't like to talk about it, but we can't have misplaced guilt leading to rookies slowing us down." The ghosts fade once more, "Lovely isn't he. Joseph has always been an asshole, it's why I avoided him most of the time. Sebastian didn't really seemed all that thrilled into training you though." "Sebastian.. he and Joseph weren't supposed to be involved.. it shouldn't have happened like this." Placing my hand on her shoulder, "Don't beat yourself up like this. It's Mobius, they're pathetic." she gives a nod, picking up a Mobius document thing, "Let's go." Opening it up, "Wait, another one of my files, wonder what it is doing here? You remember having to do this as well?" "Yep. Wait, does Mobius know about his daughter and wife?" "Wouldn't surprise me." I study her face, "You know something." "There are things I can't tell you that you have to find out on your own, trust me, it's for the best that you do it that way."
Walking out and out of the double doors at the end of the hallway, "The hell?" My eyes glanced around at the destroyed city, "This is Krimson... This can't be real... Beacon... While it was playing, I went on ahead, taking out the creatures by shoving them off of the ledge. He said they wouldn't harm me so it was easier for me to do it, save her the trouble. I heard her heels clanking on the metal as she approached me, "You good? Let's go." Flipping a lever, "Careful walking across this." She nudges me, "You worry too much. I'll be fine. You should be saying that to yourself." She pokes my flushed cheek, "No need to be embarrassed, let's get going." Moving across, entering a building. A sigh leaves my lips, "Oh good, another safe." Walking up to it and begins messing with it, "Alright, the lights are being a dick and restarting for some reason. Wait, you got to be shitting me. I only got a certain amount of moves before it restarts!?" Glaring at it before I managed to do it somehow, "The hell? Alright then, let's get going shall we." Placing the paper into my pocket.
Moving through the building as some of the debris came crashing down with the lights going out, "I hate this place." Muttering lowly under my breath as we moved towards the doors, prying them open and sliding through. "Mobius logo." Looking at Kidman as she approached it, "The mark? Looks like it might be our only way out." Picking up a piece, inserting it onto the thing, "Still missing a piece, let's go find it."
Moving under something and entering a room, "Stay here, I'll get it." Pointing to it, "Be safe." Hearing her mutter to me as I moved down the halls. Slipping into a room, avoiding the creature. A sigh leaves my lips as I picked up the piece, turning back the way I came and making my way back to her. An explosion of some sort came out of nowhere, making us stumble around, "Let's get out of here." Rushing back, crawling under the thing again and inserting the thing onto the thing as she shines her light onto the Logo as the elevator appears with us entering it, closing shut behind us.
Eyeing Kidman, something was bothering her but I couldn't see or hear anything. She was muttering something before blurting out a stop, "Stop what? What am I doing?" "Oh sorry, not you. Something is talking to me." "Umm, right." "You saw it the first time, but not this time?" "Oh the black outline of the Boss?" "Yes." "Strange. Anyways." Kicking down some boards, "Shall we get going?" Stepping onto the roof as she follows after me, "Are you doing alright?" She nods not saying anything, clearly it's bothering her, but she's keeping it to herself, I'm fine with that, but I don't want any harm coming to her because of it.
Moving along the rooftop slowly. Glancing around at the gun firing as my eyes landed on Sebastian below us. He was shooting at creatures "Sebastian... and Joseph, too. I dragged you into this. What have I done? Hell I even dragged you into this as well Jasmine." "Don't worry about it, let's go." " How can I not worry about it. You are injured and God only knows what's happening to them." I shook my head, slipping down, "I'm fine." I felt her eyes on me but she said nothing else. She drops down and gets shot at, "You gotta be kidding me, they can have guns as well!" Shouting out as I duck behind something, "Hey, I see something, you stay here." Seeing her rush off towards a shed and picking something up, "It's a gun, thank God." Watching her crouch down and begin shooting at the creatures, killing them all one by one. I tripped one of them as it came around, before stomping on its head. I quickly stood up and moved into a door, flipping a lever as the bridge forms, "Let's get going before anymore.. dammit!" seeing more showing up as I duck behind something once again.
She finishes up and gives me a nod, moving across the bridge, moving down some steps and down a hall. A light shines out, blinding us. "Shit!" Seeing her drop down, "It's that thing again, hide." "Already hiding. You have the gun, fight the thing this time." I could tell she mentally face palmed herself giving me a nod, " So used to not having a gun." Chuckling as she peeks around seeing it. She aims and shoots at its light, "Good it's damaging it." Taking some ammo and loading up her gun as she shoots at the light once more, "Dammit just die already!" Shooting at it for a final time. The creature lets out a high pitched scream before dropping down, dead. I watched her walk up to it, stomping on its spotlight, "Did Ruvik send you? Well, I hope he gets the message." She whispered that as I pretend I didn't hear her, "Let's go. My voice tone was low, "You alright?" Feeling her eyes on me, "Doesn't matter, let's get going." Slipping down the halls as I hear Sebastian, "Kidman, Jasmine are you in there?" "Sebastian?" We approach the door as I get teleported away from Kidman.
Standing up, looking around wondering where the fuck I am now, "Dammit, why am I always being teleported away from her?" Turning around, jumping, my hand instantly going to my heart area, "Jesus, you scared the shit out of me." He was eyeing me intensely, as I looked away from him, "Breath and calm down." Placing my hands on his again, the glowing appears but it was dim but still working, "Save your strength, we'll continue this later." Lifting me into his arms and teleporting off, "Jasmine, stop. Gasping out for air as the only sound I could hear coming from all sides of me was screaming. Lots of blood was splattering around everywhere before nothing, nothing at all, just silence. I yelped out as something being yanked from my neck, "The fuck?" Looking behind me spotting Ruvik, "R-Ruvik? What's going on?" He cups my cheek, caressing it gently, "You did it, that's what's going on. I don't know how you managed to do it in such a weakened down state, but I'm free and out of STEM. I have my own body back thanks to you. You somehow revived it after they destroyed it. Everyone is out, don't worry. I don't know who shot you, but in the end, you are fine and there is nothing wrong with you. No injuries." Blinking rapidly, staring at him with a what the fuck face, "Umm.. right." "Ruvik? How is this possible? How are you here?" My eyes traveled to the voice as I eyed Kidman before looking at Ruvik seeing him raise his hand, "Don't! Leave her alone." He looks at me before lowering down his hand. "What's going on?" " I somehow developed supernatural powers and revived him." "You're shitting me? Are you serious?" " Yeah, hard to believe I know, but it happened." She eyes me intensely before nodding moving towards us, "Well, the other facilities have been informed of what went down here, you two need to leave... wait." She grasps my chin and tilts my head, "Umm, mind holding her, making it so she doesn't move?" Looking at Ruvik seeing him eyeing her before his arms wrapped around me, "Her chip?" "Yes, I'm going to remove it."
She finishes up removing my chip and stitching up my head once again, "Now go. Go under cover and lay low for a while." I eyed her before looking away not saying anything. Ruvik lifts me into his arms and teleports off, leaving Beacon and STEM behind.
