How could I be so Stupid....

*Alarm Blaring*

Shiloh's POV
I heard a loud blaring sound.
Elijah, Judah, Micah, Josiah, Brittany, and I had just returned from a Mission. As soon as we stepped out from the Arxis, we were met with an obnoxious buzzing. We turn our gaze to see Mary and Michelle frantically looking around some computers, looking at something. I am surprised by how quickly Elijah and Josiah rushed to Mary and Michelle, but I hurry up and make my way over there.
"Mary, Michelle, what happened?" Asked Elijah
"I have no idea, something or someone, came through the Ralos just before you did, now they are somewhere loose terrorizing M.O.M headquarters. " Mary informs.
I saw Micah look around with worry on his face.
"Where's Jocelyn?" He asks worridly.
"I don't know Micah. I'm sorry, she was here a second ago. " said Michelle
Before anyone could say anything more, I grabbed a blaster and headed off to look for Jocelyn. Hoping to also find whatever, or whoever had infiltrated the base. I had a bad feeling about this.

Elijah's POV
"Don't panic, if we do, it'll lead to chaos. " I acknowledged. "We should split into pairs and go find Jocelyn and whatever is in the base, any objections?" "Yeah." agreed Judah. "Where's Shiloh?" "What do you mean? She was right-" I started, but cut off after realizing Shiloh was nowhere to be seen. "She ran off!" Yelled Judah. "No more splitting up. We need to find Shiloh and Jocelyn now, before something happens. " I explained. We all quickly head off to get weapons. Then we suddenly hear a scream of terror and fear. Micah starts screaming as well. Then we hear more screaming. Judah starts screaming too. It was like a horror movie. A really bad one. "It's just me silly, stop screaming. " said Jocelyn.
Micah stops screaming and looks down to see Jocelyn. He immediately squeezes her in a tight hug.  "Oh thank goodness you're alright, Jocelyn." Micah rejoiced. Brittany smacks Judah in the arm and insists, "Stop screaming, Judah!" "One, Ow! And two, I already did, that isn't me screaming anymore!" Answered Judah while rubbing his arm in pain.
"That's Shiloh!" Josiah exclaimed. We all rushed to where the scream was coming from and we look in horror as we see someone holding Shiloh and a blaster is pointed to her head. Around them is a bunch of what look to be henchmen.

"I'll say this once, and only once. Which one of you are Elijah Nelson? And don't even think about lying. If you do, then let's just say your sister here won't be so lucky." The mysterious man demanded. I feel a hand grab my arm and I look over and see Josiah give me a look that, if it had words to describe it, it would be, "Don't do it." "Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock." the stranger chimed. Micah was about to step forward, but I stopped him. "I'm Elijah, now what do you want from me?" "Come with me, and you'll see. The rest of you stay here or leave, I really don't care." The mysterious person chuckled. "Elijah, don't!" Begged Mary. "I have to. We can't lose Shiloh." "I have a plan anyways, just get out of here just in case. Shiloh and I will be right behind you in no time. I promise." I whisper to the group. Josiah slowly lets go of my arm and I can see him leading the group out quickly. I look back to see the mysterious person shove Shiloh to one of his henchmen. "To the control room, Now!" The mysterious person commanded. I start leading them that way until we reach a door that needs a key card, I now realize why the person needed me, I'm the only one who has a key card who can get into this restricted area. Well, besides Daniel, but he's not here. I reach in my pocket and act like I'm getting my key card. Instead, I quickly grab a smoke bomb and throw it to the ground. The henchman that was watching me tries to yell and stop me. "Watch out! He's got a-" He gets cut off when the smoke spreads. I quickly shove the henchman off me and then I shove the other one off Shiloh. "Run!" I yell, and she does.

Shiloh's POV
Elijah had just freed me from the man's grasp and I start running as fast as I can until I reach the exit, heading out the door. Panting heavily, I turn around thinking that Elijah is right behind me, but he isn't. I try to go back through the doors, but the doors shut in front of me. Before I can react, I am engulfed in a hug. "Oh thank god, Shiloh, you're alright." Josiah marvelled, hugging me. "Elijah's plan worked!" Shouted Judah. "Wait, where *is* Elijah?"  Micah questioned, full of worry. Before I can respond, the building explodes. We're all pushed back by the force of the explosion.
I quickly get up and look at the horror before me.....
Our headquarters has been destroyed. I can feel tears fall down my face. "Oh god... " Michelle quaked. "Headquarters is gone...." Josiah says as he looks at what's left of headquarters: ash and dust. I get up hurriedly and scream "ELIJAH!"

Everything goes black

I wake up in a cold sweat panting heavily as I realize that I had woken up from that awful dream.....wait, that wasn't a dream.....
"Shiloh? Shiloh are you alright!?!" Asked Mary, rushing to me. I started crying. "No, I'm not. I keep having that awful dream. No, not a dream, a memory...." "It's alright, I know how hard it's been...." Said Mary while wiping a tear away from her face. "Mary....how long has it been since.....you know..." "Tomorrow will mark two years....since Elijah's death...."
