Shiloh's POV
"Mary, how could I be so stupid?" I ask while crying "It's all my fault that Elijah is gone!" "It's not your fault, Shiloh." Mary hugs me tightly. "None of us knew that would happen." No matter what Mary or anyone else says, I still blame myself. If only I had stayed with the group. Then Elijah would still be here. It's all my fault. I'm an awful sister. Why'd I have to go after whoever was in the building that night...
I can feel my heart racing, I start to shake, I start sweating, and all I wanna do is crawl in a hole and never come out.... I feel something warm around me.... It's... A hug? I look up and see Mary hugging me tightly, tears in her eyes
"M-mary?" "Oh thank god, Shiloh! You zoned out while we were talking and then you started breathing heavily and I didn't know what to do." Mary explained while still crying a bit.
"T-Thanks Mary." "Cmon, let's get dressed. Josiah said there will be a meeting in 10 minutes. Everyone needs to be there." Mary sounded stern at the last part. "And by everyone, I'm guessing that includes me?" I ask sarcastically. Mary just nods.
I get up and head over to the big closet that Mary and I share. Sometimes Michelle and Jocelyn use it when they are here. If everyone needs to come to this meeting, maybe Michelle will be here today. I take out some clothes for me and Mary. I hand her the clothes that I grabbed for her. She heads over to her bed and gets dressed, I do the same. I had almost gotten finished when I hear an alarm sound and a speaker turn on and it said "Everyone to the control room now!" It was Josiah, I knew we needed to be there but did he have to constantly remind us.... good that dumb alarm stopped
Mary and I finished getting dressed and then headed to the control room as we arrive we see the Judah is here but standing in the corner, Micah is zoned out, Michelle is here standing by a bunch of chairs with Jocelyn who is in a chair fiddling with her fingers. But no Josiah.... Weird.... Josiah then comes running in with a worried and scared look, and I have a feeling that things are really bad. ...
